We had a lot of questions and information we needed answered and he was very good about that. He seemed very familiar with the van and all it's features. I was very impressed with how fast the data from the phones goes into the car with blue tooth . He explained that the warranty can be altered by years and by mileage according to how you use your car. We were also pleased by the fact that he figured out most of the finance information and our time in the finance office went extremely fast. He also spent time showing us how all the features worked.
