Relatively fair My only complaint is that I got the old fashioned "your trade in is pretty rough" attitude. This was typical car dealer bull. We were offered $2000.00 My only complaint is that I got the old fashioned "your trade in is pretty rough" attitude. This was typical car dealer bull. We were offered $2000.00 by Keenan. It was worth almost three times that. We were counting on it to offset the price for us. The new car is nice but the payments are hard. We tried to explain this but got the run around. Luckily for us we sold the car for what it was really worth. All I wanted was fair trade in value like I've heard other people got at Keenan. This left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll be interested to see if you guys stand up to what you said your service will be in the future. More

Very easy going and informative - no pressure whatsoever! He always gives you plenty of time to make decisions and ensures that you have all of the info that you may need. I just picked up a 2015 Civic from Mitch. This car is awesome. Great upgrades from my 2012 Civic. The entire staff treated me great and the Service deptment handed over a beautifully detailed automobile! I highly recommend Kennan and Mitch for your future Honda purchases!!! More
