Joe Danzo, the salesman who welcomed my wife and I to the Keenan Honda Dealership in Doylestown, accommodated us for a test drive. We were happy and satisfied with the car and also with his treatment and service to us that we ended up buying a CRV from him. The car we wanted was not available at that time and Joe placed an order for it. He gave us updates regularly until we got finally got the car. As promised, he delivered the car to us with 5 miles on it, which we requested from him that we want a car that is as new as it can be. I did some price comparisons online and after dealing with some dealerships that had hidden fees, or were not giving me "all the details" I worked with Joe who was able to beat all of the quotes that I had received. When I went in to iron out all of the details he was able to get me a good price for my trade in and honored exactly what we had discussed on the phone and through emails...No BS!!!!
