Well I've received several, but decided to take my 2 year old CRV to Keenan Honda, and see how true to the letter they would be. Imagine my surprise, when they actually offered me a fair book value for my 2013 CRV, then quoted me a "friends and family" discount price on a 2015 CRV! Out of pocket cost to me was minimal. We moved up 2 years, and chose from a large assortment of new CRV's. My wife and I love the color, and picked the model and accessories exactly how we wanted it. The salesman, Eric Mumma, was a gentleman throughout, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. It was a pleasure to work with him. I will gladly recommend this dealer and salesman to anyone looking for a Honda. More
