Recommended by my auto repair shop As a recent transplant to PA from MA and owning several Fords for 30 years (and a dealership in my town), I wasn't thinking of a Honda never mind a SU As a recent transplant to PA from MA and owning several Fords for 30 years (and a dealership in my town), I wasn't thinking of a Honda never mind a SUV. For a long time I had my mind made up to buy a Fusion Hybrid. Not knowing where to go I asked the owner of the auto repair shop where I took my Ford for service here in Philly. After extensive research I had narrowed it down to a Ford or a Honda. He and mechanics in the shop all said Honda. One of them recommended Keenan Honda and said it was worth the drive out to Doylestown. He had bought two Hondas and highly recommended them. After very unpleasant visits to both Pacifico Ford in Philly and Chapman Ford in Horsham, I decided to check out Keenan Honda another 10 miles further North. What a difference! Despite the fact that the staff was busy, I was greeted immediately and assigned to Tony Caporaletti. A patient and kind person who despite having only worked there for a few months, knew the information about the car I was interested in purchasing. Another strong characteristic and a rarity nowadays, was his ability to listen rather than just prattle on with annoying salesman pitches. Dealing with Tony was the highlight of my experience. Mark Lenny was also pleasant and worked hard on securing a good finance package, although when closing the deal I felt the price was still a few thousand more than I had planned on. The last person I dealt with was named Jerry and he was responsible with the signing of documents and taking a deposit. He was clearly annoyed when I pointed out a discrepancy with an added cost I had said I did not want and repeatedly pointed out that I had signed the worksheet the day before so I must have agreed to it. He is the reason I did not give a five star rating in Customer Service. At his next job performance review it is my hope that Management consider offering a generous bonus to Tony Caporaletti. Hard working, patient and caring employees are difficult to find nowadays and he's a great asset to Keenan Honda's reputation. The benefits of buying a Honda from Keenan far outweigh my one disadvantage which is the 67 miles I have to travel to get there to take advantage of their great post purchase services. It would be so nice if the dealership returned to Philly not only for my convenience but for the fact that a Honda dealership strongly committed to customer satisfaction is sorely needed in the city. More

We have always purchased American cars and were nervous when we went to the Honda lot. It was a rainy Saturday, but that didn't dampen the spirits of our sales rep Josh. Even though the showroom floor was crowded, he was like a beam of light that guided us through the storm. He was very understanding of our hesitation with a foreign car and knowledgeable on all of the competition as well as Honda. I would expect this from a salesman, but Josh went the extra mile to also understand us as a family. This new vehicle would become part of our family. Also I should mention, he braved the pouring rain to inspect a shipment of vehicles and went beyond closing time. Josh walked us through the purchasing process which included learning about Honda as a motor/car company, Keenan as a dealership, and Doylestown as a town. We knew Honda for their motors and lawnmowers, but not vehicles. We walked him through our thought process and needs for our newest family member. Josh listened and was able to answer any question we had or find the right person for the answer. We didn't feel like a number, because we weren't treated as such. For lack of a better work, we were treated and felt like family. We never did make it to the Subaru lot that day, because of Josh and the Keenan family. Personally, my last experience car shopping nearly 7 years ago was not a fun one. It literally gave me a migraine. This was not my experience on that Saturday. From Sales, to Finance, to Service, they all went beyond my expectations. This is what also made us buy a car from Keenan. The services they offer that come with purchasing a vehicle made me feel safe, secure, and satisfied. In addition, they were able to handle our 22 month old son! He is a handful. We highly recommend Josh and the Keenan dealership for anyone who is thinking of purchasing a Honda. We did purchase a 2016 Honda Pilot. More

Friendly, fun and easy My boyfriend and I had been trying to find a new car for almost 2 years but could not find the car that fit us best. After just 2 visits with Keenan Honda we were convinced that the 2009 Honda we saw online was perfect for us. Pat Regan was amazing! He listened to what we wanted and needed in a car, was patient while we needed time to decide and made the whole experience enjoyable. He even took my call on his day off to help me with some questions. You can tell Pat loves his job! The sales manager, Mark, was also a great help in listening to what our budgetary needs were. I am not a stranger to purchasing a car, I have acquired some 30 over the past 35 years for me and my family. This time it was different, we actually were given a fair price for our trade in up front and a very aggressive price on our New Civic. So the deal was done, that fast.
