He was wonderful - took so much time with me to check out other Honda models to make sure that the Accord was still the right vehicle for me. He was courteous and very customer focused which is what influenced me to lease my 2015 Honda CRV from Keenan. Pat is wonderful because he never put any pressure on us to buy, he thoroughly answered all of our questions, even though we were there talking to him well after the dealership closed, he also gave us a fair quote, explained all the factors in creating the quote, and ultimately helped us to get on the road. I truly felt comfortable with Pat and the information he was giving us, which is very important in going about such a huge purchase. In the past, we have had endless waiting and haggling with dealers, making the process one we were dreading. I am pleased to report that Josh made this experience actually a pleasant one. He did a great job showing us the car, then worked with us to get where we needed to be. The whole process, from Josh, to management, to the finance person, was all done politely, efficiently and happily. I would completely recommend using these folks if you are going to buy a car. More
