Courteous and professional sales and finanace staff We were set on buying a Ford Fusion, and stopped at a nearby dealership in Doylestown. We took the Fusion out for a ride, and my wife commented that it was loud. Ok, so I said lets leave and we can talk about it. A few blocks away we saw Keenan Honda and though, why not take a look. We walked into the show room and met up the Pat Regan in sales. We told Pat that we were thinking of buying a Fusion, but had second thoughts and wanted to check out the Honda lineup. Long story shorter, Pat showed us an Accord, my wife liked the car. Pat let us take the car on a long demo ride that proved that the handling and interior qualities of the Honda were much better. Patient, knowledgeable and NO PRESSURE! I bought the new HRV. I had gone to a dealership a bit closer to home and was completely annoyed with their relentless pursuit of me. I also did not care for the salesman telling me what I wanted. Completely different experience at Keenan. I went there the same day I made my initial explore at the other dealership. Then I had to put my plans on hold for a bit more than a month. They sent me a letter twice reminding me they were there to help. I went back to Keenan a few days ago and met with the salesman highly recommended by a friend. What a difference. Pat Regan is a delight. Completely informed on all the details of the car. Never lost patience or rushed my slightly distracted self. He enjoys his job and makes new car buying a truly fun and enjoyable experience. He was not crushed that I wanted to take a day or two and compare the HRV to another make that was similar. Bought the car 2 days later and have already had a check in call and o reminder to stop by any time if I have problems figuring out my fancy car! The Keenan app is a fabulous tool as well. More
