I was looking for something bigger than my Hybrid Civic but felt Cindy Carr was very helpful when I went into the dealership looking for a new Honda. I was looking for something bigger than my Hybrid Civic but felt overwhelmed by the CRV. She let me know about the new HRV and I love it! She was so helpful in providing information about the car and was very friendly and easy to work with. I've had the HRV a little over a week and thought I had a scratch; she told me to bring it in and it would be taken care of. Stopped in and it turned out to be a little adhesive from the plastic wrapping but the detail guy and Cindy were determined everything was perfect for my car. Really appreciate their determination to provide top notch customer service. More

Leasing Again Cindy Carr has helped us now for more than 6 years, as we leased a car through her in 2013 and now have replaced that one with a new 2016 model. Cindy was patient with us, as we exchanged data over the internet via emails, in the time leading up to when the old lease expired. She gave us a very good deal on the new car with no money down and with a monthly price lower than the old one. More importantly, she was and is such a pleasure to work with. And to finish the paperwork, we dealt with Jerry Leavitt, who was the epitome of professionalism, and was very courteous. Overall a win-win. We would recommend Keenan to anyone. More
