Cindy Carr is a fabulous salesperson! I just purchased a 2016 CR-V with Cindy Carr as my salesperson. This is the second CR-V I have purchased from Cindy as a salesperson and have found h I just purchased a 2016 CR-V with Cindy Carr as my salesperson. This is the second CR-V I have purchased from Cindy as a salesperson and have found her to be wonderful. She was very easy to work with and worked hard with me to get the deal. Cindy is pleasant and easy-going, yet did everything she said she would do. She kept appointments with me, emailed or called me when necessary, and whenever I had to leave her a message, she always got back to me promptly. Cindy is very upfront and doesn't try to hide anything from her customers, which is very important to me. I was very happy last week when I knew I wanted to get a new CR-V and found that Cindy was still at Keenan. Also, unlike some other car salespeople I have dealt with, Cindy knows all the features of the cars off the top of her head. When I picked up the car, she explained all the new features clearly, and didn't rush me out the door. I would definitely recommend Cindy Carr to anyone looking to purchase a new car! More

Exceptional experience I visited the Keenan Honda dealership 4 months prior when starting to look for a new car. The experience here was 180 degrees from what I experienced I visited the Keenan Honda dealership 4 months prior when starting to look for a new car. The experience here was 180 degrees from what I experienced at other dealerships. At Keenan Honda, they didn't pressure me to look at options I had no interest in. They answered my questions thoroughly...showed me where to find info online (even info that rated another vehicle better in some areas. ) Unlike other dealerships where I was "dismissed" because I wasn't looking for a large vehicle with lots of options, I don't believe I would have been treated any better no matter what size car I was looking for. I went straight back to Keenan when my old car broke down...they were able to get me into a great little Honda FIT (which I totally love) within 4 hours! Every person I met at the dealership was helpful, kind, and patient. Thank you Keenan Honda! More
