They worked with me on my financing to get an affordable rate, they were respectful, professional, and really knew the features of the cars I drove. I was on the fence about getting the HRV or the Fit, the Fit was just so much fun I had to go with that model. I brought my husband with me while I test drove the cars. He liked the HRV so much he is considering buying one as well. I would recommend going to this dealership over others as I felt like they were really helpful. More

I went to another dealership first, and they quoted me a high price. I did not want to haggle, I just wanted to buy a car at a fair price. So I emailed Keenan Honda, and asked them for their selling price on the Accord that I wanted to buy. Brian Kimmey quickly contacted me with a great price. Two days later, I went to the dealship to purchase my car. Brian, Josh, and everyone who assisted me were friendly, helpful, and made my car buying experience a very positive one. No pressure, great dealership! Was a great experience from beginning to end. Had to wait forever for the car but not these folks' fault at all (2016 Pilots are SO hard to come by!) Was a great experience from beginning to end. Had to wait forever for the car but not these folks' fault at all (2016 Pilots are SO hard to come by!). Throughout the process Josh kept me informed, was excellent communicating the options, trying to get me the car I wanted. I was more of a pain most likely changing colors and such, but you would never know it. Joe was our guy for sales (since Josh is now in finance) and he was GREAT. Made it very easy, was informative and honestly made the car shopping experience fun and easy (the way it should be since you're getting a new car!).... We were the last of the night, making him work late and he even called me first thing this morning to answer anything that might have occurred on the way home. Can't forget Jerry -- usually the "warranty guy" is the hard one, the one you can't get away from but he was great. That's the part I always dread (no offense Josh and Jerry but I do) when buying a car. It was easy, friendly and no pressure. It was informative and we may end up getting that extra protection after all since seeing the car! Thank you so much everyone! We're about 45 minutes away from the dealership but was so worth it. Low pressure, nice folks, wish you were around the corner -- but we'll be back! Loving the car BTW.... More
