Joe Danzo's the man! I came in to Keenan with two models in mind: the Fit and the Civic Hatchback. Joe got the keys right away for me to test drive both. I did the Fit first and it just didn't feel right to me. The Hatchback was so awesome I was convinced on the spot. Joe made the entire buying experience incredibly easy and smooth, helping me figure out how I could get the car payment to where I wanted it to be and assisting with picking the best car insurance for my needs. Josh in Finance was also awesome. He was not only friendly but incredibly clear and easy to understand with the forms which would have been a confusing mess in anyone else's hands.
