Every aspect worked as advertised: the dealer reached out after I initiated the transaction, I made an appointment to visit the dealer, and we were able to do our test drive and learn more details about the pricing structure at the dealership. Kristina McLean (not listed in personnel below - I believe she's very new in her sales role) was friendly and courteous, answered all our questions or consulted with more experienced staff to get info we needed. The only part of the whole thing that made me scratch my head was an initial pricing sheet that was MSRP with a discount. Later we were shown an "Invoice +" pricing that was better, and made more sense with how I understood the Costco program to work. The people at Keenan were all great, and we look forward to working with them on our car service. More

Once I got to the dealership I was greeted with a smile and from there on out it was smooth sailing. All of the staff was helpful and courteous. Lastly. I had visited another dealership nearby to look at the same type of vehicle. Although the sales staff was nice it was clear they weren't interested in ensuring I walked away satisifed. Good, friendly service. We bought our 2006 Honda Accord there and have been their customers ever since- 11+ years, and we just traded that Accord in and purchased a 2017 CR-V We bought our 2006 Honda Accord there and have been their customers ever since- 11+ years, and we just traded that Accord in and purchased a 2017 CR-V Touring (which we absolutely LOVE!!!). Our salesman (Joe Danzo) was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and Josh Storey, the finance guy was as well. As far as the service department goes, I like to believe that they are very honest with us when we need service-that they only tell us what we really do need and/or what they would suggest as opposed to telling us that we need things done that we really don't like a lot of auto service repair shops do (which we experienced many years ago prior to joining the Keenan Honda Family). We've also been having our 2001 Honda Odyssey (that we purchased at another dealership when we were living in a different area) serviced there for many years as well. So far we've been very happy and comfortable there and my hope is that we will always be able to feel that way. More
