New Car Purchase Just bought the new HRV from Pat Reagan at Keenan Honda and he was great. They had the car I wanted and gave me a fair price on my trade. Finance guy Just bought the new HRV from Pat Reagan at Keenan Honda and he was great. They had the car I wanted and gave me a fair price on my trade. Finance guy was great, manager was great. I used their service guys for my previous car and they are super friendly and do a good job. Pat Reagan was excellent. My only critique would be when we were asked for our dec page so farmers could qoute us on insurance. I didn't ask for that and I don't think that is required by law, only that I have current insurance. I know their in-house agent was just searching for an opportunity for an insurance sale and I just wanted to buy a car and get out. Although she was pleasent to deal with that would be the only part of the process I would change. She should state up front why she wants your dec page and if the buyer says they are not interested in a qoute not be pressured into it. More

The salesman (Pat Regan) took the time to guide us through an extensive test drive, which convinced us they were happy to earn our business. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it was not a Honda. Both Pat and his manager, Mike worked with us on price, to get to a figure we could be happy with. When picking up the car the next day, the time it took to complete the paperwork was less than at other places. We had our two little kids with us, and they were quite accommodating. We would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
