Awesome experience I recently went to Keenan Honda to return my CRV lease. I had a wonderful experience shopping and finally decided on the new HRV. The salesman, Mitch I recently went to Keenan Honda to return my CRV lease. I had a wonderful experience shopping and finally decided on the new HRV. The salesman, Mitch Lesack, was both friendly and professional providing wonderful service as well as many options for my next car. The cars were available in the showroom as well as for test drives. MIitch provided a relaxed atmosphere as he accompanied me on the test drive pointing out all the latest features and did a remarkable job explaining as well as showing me everything in my new car before I left with my new HRV. He did a follow up call the following day to see if I was happy and to check if I had any questions or concerns. I was most impressed by Mitch and would request him when I return to Honda for my next car. I was also impressed by the professional consideration of the Financial Advisor, Steve Kern, who provided me with various payment options for the various cars I was considering. He was most considerate of my time and the financial process was thoroughly explained. I appreciate their General Manager, Iggy, checking as well, throughout the process, to be sure I was attended to and satisfied with my options and happy with my selection.
