Buying a car can be stressful, especially if you are a senior who has been driving the same car for 15 years. No one likes change and I was a nervous Nelly about it. My experience with Faulkner could n senior who has been driving the same car for 15 years. No one likes change and I was a nervous Nelly about it. My experience with Faulkner could not have been better. A beautiful showroom with vintage models to ogle, clean, spacious offices and with a waiting area that's a joy. The selection of vehicles and pricing are spot-on. But what really sets Faulkner's Doylestown apart is the staff. They obviously love their work and show it through warmth, attentiveness, seamless interaction between staff members, efficiency and communication. They not only answer questions with skill and patience, but anticipate and answer questions before you have even formed them! They treat you with kid gloves and will not let you drive off without their confidence that you are informed are ready to roll. For me, they transformed "stressful" into "restful." A special nod to Al and Jacob!. More

So tired of going there for 1 thing and then being given a long list of all the extra stuff they pressure you to do. And I keep up with all recommended maintenance but it never ends there. Im now feeling a long list of all the extra stuff they pressure you to do. And I keep up with all recommended maintenance but it never ends there. Im now feeling like I'm getting ripped off. Time to find a local mechanic. Also, they offer a military discount but then cap it off at $50. Really?! If that's the way it is, there's not worth driving 40 miles round trip for every little service. More
