"This is the way to buy a new car" Now you don't normally here the words fun, pleasant and satisfying when talking about a new car buying experience, but that is what I had with Mitch a Now you don't normally here the words fun, pleasant and satisfying when talking about a new car buying experience, but that is what I had with Mitch and Keenan. From all aspects of trading in and settling on a new car final price the experience was effortless and casual. Everyone was honest and truthful and the deal went as agreed. Mitch never hurried the process or made me feel that I was not his prime focus. When I picked up my car he made sure that it was set up to my specifications and fully explained all the features. He even offered for me to come back in if I didn't understand some aspect of the cars setup. That offering alone takes Mitch out of the salesmen category and puts him in a class where he cares about the job he performs. Thanks to all the Keenan employees that assisted with this new car purchase. I'll be back. Note: I only wish Mitch had a 1967 Mustang fastback on the lot for me to buy!!!!! Thank you Mitch More
