Loaner car Nightmare The loaner they gave me was the nastiest and filthiest car I have ever gotten from a dealership. If I could upload pictures I would. My wife and kids would not get in the car it was that bad. Spoke with Dan Wilson and emailed him the pictures of the interior of the vehicle. He apologize and said he was sorry for what happened. Needless to say that this was the first time dealing with this dealer service department and after seeing the nasty filthy car they gave me. I seriously doubt that I will be getting my vehicle service there again. More

Receptive to our requirements, he had a van and SUV ready for tes Pro- Using Costco Program, Keenan Honda (Pat Regan) called to make appointment. Receptive to our requirements, he had a van and SUV ready for test drive upon our arrival. Explained differences for comparison purposes. Mr. Regan was supported by the Sales staff…we comfortably continued to work trade-in details until 10 p.m., an hour AFTER closing time. Enjoyed delivery three days later. In 40 years, I’ve never had a delivery with an Owner’s Manual review and in-the-vehicle review. The orientation hour Mr. Regan spent with us was deeply appreciated…our Pilot is full of features and comfort. Dealer amenities in the service area rival a Mercedes-Benz dealer. Con- Two-hour drive to the Costco Program Area Dealer. AFTERMARKET ACCESSORIES added by Keenan Honda, ugh. $107.10 for wheel locks?? ($59.80 at a neighboring Honda dealer.) Who do you know that has had wheels stolen? Splash Guards at $143.65 and Body Side Molding, $254.15, both installed. Okay. Neighboring dealer was at $79.35 and $155 plus installation. All-season floor mats, $254, and a folding cargo area tray, $118, are nice OEM options. But the Keenan “installed” price mentioned for maybe ten minutes of labor compared to the neighboring dealer internet price of $144 for mats and $76 for the cargo tray…Well, you make the call. Our fourth Honda purchase was pleasant experience with Mr. Regan. I’d return for a vehicle purchase with him. We have received letters from the Sales Manager (and Mr. Regan) thanking us for our purchase and from the GM welcoming us to the dealership. More
