I was very specific of what i wanted as I had completed my research and was looking for sales suppor I worked with Joe Danzo during the sales process. I was very specific of what i wanted as I had completed my research and was looking for sales support for pricing and trade in etc. My vehicle was not in stock and difficult to obtain in the model and color. Joe was always available to provide me updates on his search. I was comfortable he was sincere and honest as to what steps he was taking to find my vehicle. Ultimately, he and Bob created a deal for price and trade that was acceptable to me. With Joe's hard work, he was able to deliver the car in the color I desired. Joe did an excellent job of understanding that I wanted a new SUV that was reliable affordable and good looking - with a minimal amount of hassle. I got just what I wanted. Joe did all kinds of background work while I was able to attend to other things. When I came back at 5:00pm the car was ready, the paperwork was ready and my orientation was done by 5:55pm. He took great care in explaining the pricing, the options, what was needed and what was not, and most importantly made me feel comfortable in the fact that I had all of the power in deciding what I was going to do. There was no pressure, no sense of having to make an immediate decision. He laid everything out for me and allowed me to make a the best choice for me. Now I just went back to Mitch to buy a Honda Pilot. I had no question that if I was going to buy another Honda who I would buy from. It was like meeting up with an old friend that you had lost contact with. The first 10-15 minutes was simply catching up on life and families, and impending trips and races. Again, we walked through what I was looking for, my needs, and what would not be needed in the car. It was an absolute pleasure buying this car (again). I have referred friends to Mitch over the years and if you are reading this I would not hesitate in saying what a great experience this has been.
