Mitch Lesack was very personable, energetic but chill at the same time, and was knowledgeable and accommodating without the phony pandering that can make you cringe at some dealerships. He knows his product, including all the technologies, and scripted an informative test drive on varied roads. Keenan offered me 20% more for my trade than a previous dealership I had visited. Was able to finalize the sale in the least amount of time it ever took me to buy a car. Steve Kern dug for the best finance rate and made some of the confusing options in terms of warranties etc. crystal clear. Never felt pressured at Keenan. Overall a great experience. Love my certified pre-owned SUV, and plan to return for another vehicle when I pass this on as a "college car." More
