He was well versed in every specification on the Pilot we were interested in and went above and We were very glad we had Mitch Lesack as our salesman. After then purchasing the vehicle, I was still a little daunted by all of the new technology aboard and therefore was concerned about driving the vehicle for a long distance trip I have imminently coming up, Mitch patiently and thoroughly again went over all the minutiae of running the car and showing how the safety features worked while I took copious notes this time to be sure I understood everything. The Pilot's features are truly extensive and impressive. At the conclusion, he invited me to please come back for anything I wasn't sure of at any time and also to just to stop in and say hello when coming in for routine oil changes and such. He was definitely a pleasure to work with. More
