Recently, we needed to quickly replace one of our older family vehicles and visited Keenan Honda first because of our positive experience from the past. We were greeted by Bobby (Robert Q) and he was very knowledgeable about all of the used and new cars currently on the lot. He spent a great deal of time with my spouse and I answering our car questions. He was very patient during our many test drives and thoroughly reviewed each vehicle's features and strengths. Bobby was very personable and the whole car buying experience was very positive. After Bobby completed our basic paperwork, we went over to the finance department and spoke with Kyle. Kyle was thorough and precise. He was very knowledgeable about all of the different extended warranties etc and was "low pressure" throughout the process. Kyle was terrific. The salesman was very nice but I felt very mechanical, not putting his own passion into the selling of the vehicle. The manager Rob intervened and cemented the sale with his suggestions and ability to work with us on price and color. During the pickup of the vehicle, I felt the salesperson rushed through the explanation of the accessories and safety systems. I don’t like the idea that we were told to give a “10” and that anything less is considered unacceptable. More
