Mitch is personable, professional & knowledgeable. I do my homework when making any large purchase. I had decided that replacing my 18 year old Civic with an Accord was my best bet. Mitch worked with my objectives, provided comprehensive info & eventually we took an Accord for a test drive. Bottom line: the Accord was not for me (for several reasons I failed to take into account when making my initial decision). So, Mitch listened to my needs & outlined options with other models. This process took several weeks. Mitch is patient. This week I took possession of a new Honda SUV - a model that more closely aligns with my needs. Good job, Mitch!
