A very positive experience at a difficult time. I liked Josh the first time I met him. Our family has had an ongoing relationship with Keenan Honda for 14 years. I went to Keenan's a few months ago I liked Josh the first time I met him. Our family has had an ongoing relationship with Keenan Honda for 14 years. I went to Keenan's a few months ago to get the process started to find a good used Honda Fit for my son, who had just started a new job and would soon be in the market for his own means of transportation. In the meantime my much-loved 2005 Honda Element (which I had purchased from Keenan In 2010) was rear-ended and totaled. I called Josh and told him to keep an eye out for a replacement car for me. The day after I was told it was totaled, I failed a cardiac stress test and had a stent put in my heart. The next day, after I was released, we went to another dealership to look at a used 2011 Element. Neither the dealership nor the Element were worth the time of day. We drove to Keenan's and Josh showed me a very nice 2011 CR-V. The insurance settlement and a dip into savings and I had a ride again. A week later Josh called to tell us that a beautiful 2016 Fit had just come in the night before; would we be interested in looking at it? It was perfect. After getting him set up with a payment plan he could afford, and arranging all the necessary details, out son is now the proud owner of his own ride. All of our dealings with Josh took place between Christmas Day and a little after New Year's, one of the busiest times for sales at Keenan's, but Josh dealt with us in a very personal and professional level, to make our car-buying experience positive and enjoyable. We found a CRV that we liked (I had been researching them for six+ months across the US) but wanted to sleep on it - she gave us her card and graciously recommended to text her on Sunday (her day off) if we wanted to reserve the car. That's exactly what happened. This specific Honda CRV check marked not only all of our "must haves" but also our "nice to haves"; the bonus was that it was certified. How could we say no? Monday morning Kyle Tatro joined the collaboration, giving me all the info I needed to be ready to sign paperwork (I had to go to my insurance agent first to convert from NV to PA due to recent move.) My husband, son and I were adopted into the Keenan Honda family the minute we walked into the door, the process was easy, fast and painless.
