Review of My Recent Service Experience Yesterday I dropped my truck off at 7:00 AM for a safety recall, an oil change, and to have several ongoing glitches diagnosed that no one has been able to figur dropped my truck off at 7:00 AM for a safety recall, an oil change, and to have several ongoing glitches diagnosed that no one has been able to figure out so far. I was provided with an Uber ride home, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that was the last smooth part of the experience. By 1:00 PM, I still hadn’t received a single update. No one mentioned at drop off that the service would take longer than a day. Around 2:00 PM, I called for an update, but the service line went straight to voicemail. I tried again—voicemail again. I left a message requesting an update on my truck. By 4:00 PM, I still hadn’t heard from anyone. This was especially frustrating because I work a second job and needed my vehicle to get to work by 6:00 PM. After getting off my full time job at 4:00 PM, I tried calling again. The service line went to voicemail yet again. I called the sales department, explained the situation, and asked if someone could help me reach the service team. The representative said he would transfer me to management, but that call went straight to a full voicemail box. At this point, I was completely frustrated. I called sales again and asked if someone could physically walk over to the service department before they closed to get an update. He agreed. Once there, he told me someone would contact me shortly and that my truck was “being moved to the front of the line.” This was at 4:10 PM. At 4:22 PM, I finally received a call saying my truck was done, they offered to wash it, and that they couldn’t duplicate the glitches I reported. Since there were no error codes and I couldn’t reproduce the issue on the spot, they said they couldn’t resolve it. I told them I’d arrive in about 45 minutes—around 5:00 PM—which should have left me enough time to get to my second job. I took the Uber they offered, arrived around 5:30 PM, and found my truck still being dried off. I didn’t get my keys until about 5:40 PM, leaving me only 20 minutes to make an 18 minute drive to work. On top of the service frustrations, I’m extremely disappointed with the depreciation situation. My truck was purchased at $48,000, and a quick estimate of its current value shows $35,000 to $38,000—a loss of over $10,000 in less than two years on a 2025 truck with only 11,000 miles. The $10,000 off MSRP at purchase didn’t just lower the cost—it also lowered the truck’s resale and trade in value, which is disheartening. Overall, the lack of communication, repeated voicemail dead ends, and the scramble to get my truck back in time made this an incredibly stressful experience. The service process and the vehicle’s depreciation have left me very dissatisfied. More
Bought the vehicle six days ago and they still haven’t given me my second key, even though I was told I would get it the next day. I have emailed and called at least four times since then and no one has r given me my second key, even though I was told I would get it the next day. I have emailed and called at least four times since then and no one has returned my call or simply provided me with the key. It seems clear now that the sale has been made, no manager will respond to me. Buyer beware! More
This past visit was a bit of disappointment. They failed my inspection due to my alignment. Apparently, 7 years ago when the lift was put on my Jeep, an adjustable track bar was needed. This dea They failed my inspection due to my alignment. Apparently, 7 years ago when the lift was put on my Jeep, an adjustable track bar was needed. This dealership has personally inspected my vehicle at least 5 of the last 7 years. I have told them on numerous occasions that something felt off with the steering, to the point when I hit a bump in the road, it wobbled. They told be after the last inspection (and after I took it home, and called back in), that the steering damper was recalled. The disappointment is that I've paid multiple diagnostics over the past several years, for them to fix this issue. Time will tell of the issue is actually finally fixed once and for all. More
Recently purchased a New 2026 Ram 2500 Black Express diesel from Faulkner Ram. My salesperson was Dwight Smith. He was very nice and if you had a question he didn’t know the answer to, he would ask some diesel from Faulkner Ram. My salesperson was Dwight Smith. He was very nice and if you had a question he didn’t know the answer to, he would ask someone else. I’m not good with names but lady doing the paperwork was very nice. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend Faulkner! More

They were initially polite, bought a car and ever since I have been unable to speak to anyone with questions that I have had for over 3 months. Everytime I call I receive no answer and when I leave VM's I ne have been unable to speak to anyone with questions that I have had for over 3 months. Everytime I call I receive no answer and when I leave VM's I never receive a return call. I live over an hr away and I expected more from a dealership that sold me a vehicle. I get the receptionist every once in a while, she transfers me to finance and they never answer. I have left AT LEAST 10 VM's requesting a call back going back to about October/November time frame and still no communication. It's unacceptable and upsetting. I don't recommend anyone to trust them with their sales or money or time. More
