I noticed the wrong color Chevy symbol on the grill and they offered to replace it with the black symbol without hesitation to ensure it looked good as new and matched the rest of the vehicle. I emailed if a CT4-V Blackwing was still available. A couple of days later I emailed to see if the blackwing was available to test drive. Faulkner responded that the vehicle isn't available or onsite. I questioned why it took this long to let me know the vehicle wasn't available and the employee told me this was conveyed in the email where the "escalade" availability was specifically mentioned. The correspondence was just frustrating throughout the entire process. This all happened during the week of 5/16/22. My salesman Jim Oravek was great. i used to be in the car sales business ,first of all when i talked to Jim on the phone he told me that used cars don,t stay on the market for long and i should come in ASAP i know the used car market is crazy hot now, i decided to leave early for work to take a look at the car a used 2008 honda accord.. What i really liked about him was he said let me get your licence make a copy and take a test drive to see if i loved the car before we go any further, most dealerships will ask for your social security number at this point they will run your credit and insist its a soft inquiry xxxxxxxx its always dings your credit score.i told Jim the car was ok lets do it.I actually thought i might have to go to one of these BEND OVER pay here places with my credit score.TO my surprise Faulkner Got me approved at a much better rate than i was expecting 3.99 they did want 500$ More than i Said i was putting but having been in the business i know this happens sometimes they helped out some with that small snafu. I don't know who details their cars but mine was spotless i have bought new cars that were not as clean.By the way Jim if you read this i am ABSOLUTELY loving my newer ACCORD thank you so much for making it happen.bottom line reasons i am happy with my experience # 1 Jim Oravek he was honest he not pushy he was not your typical slick rick salesman.#2 They got me approved at a rate i could afford and did not tack on points on the back end thanks F&I dept.This whole process went like buying a car should i wanted the car they wanted to sell it to me it was a pleasant experience, you don't feel like you went through a 12 round heavy weight title fight.the reason i put average for price is because i know the used market is crazy now and if you see a deal that is too good to be true something is very shady. Bought a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan on 11/10/2020. Car had body damaged that was unreported. The driver side rear sliding door is crooked, the rear driver side quarter panel is pinched behind the bumper and t body damaged that was unreported. The driver side rear sliding door is crooked, the rear driver side quarter panel is pinched behind the bumper and the rear hatch is crooked and pinched against the tail light on 1 side. All pushed and pinched in the same direction. Also has excessive wind noise as if the doors are not sealed correctly. The response I got from Tim the sales rep was that “some Dodges are built that way”. The response I got from Ryan the used car sales manager “Dodges have excessive wind noise and it’s normal” The car fax was also missing 10,000 miles. I owned the car for 12 hours and I’m extremely unhappy/hate it and the responses I have received. It’s not buyers remorse, I feel like I was lied to and they are just trying to cover it up. Update: they are working with me now to swap the van I bought for a different one of the year/mileage. I will update review when things are finalized. The van they brought in was in worse shape than mine. They did try to fix the door (moved it about 1/2” straighter) but still has wind noise. They test drove it but didn’t hear anything wrong. Van still makes noise when you drive it. Left front tire especially. End result. Did they go out of their way to try and make things better? Yes. Is it better? No. Stuck with a car I dislike for the next 5 years. More

Service department was a mess from the beginning. I shouldn't be surprised now. Brought my car in for heating issues and they did NOTHING. Told me that it worked fine. Even when I called the mechanic back to the car and showed him it wasn't working he still tried to tell me that's how it was supposed to work. I've been using the heater for 6 months and that is NOT how it worked. On the way home I also realized my bluetooth no longer worked. I came home and sent an email. POSITIVE they got it because someone called me about making another purchase and when I told him what happened, he said he could see it and someone would be in touch. Waited 2 days and called the service department. The girl was actually very nice and sympathetic. She totally got what I was saying. She was going to talk to the service manager and he'd get back to me. A few days later I sent yet another email. It's been a couple more days and still NOTHING. I'm now trying to contact the owner then CHEVY and then the BBB. I'm now seeing why I got a decent deal on my car but I would have been better off paying more somewhere else. Currently have no bluetooth and heat doesn't work right More
