This dealership is the worst dealership ever been to a my entire life The salesman is fantastic Matt The used car general manager Mark is terrible The first day I picked up my car it was broken I signed the entire life The salesman is fantastic Matt The used car general manager Mark is terrible The first day I picked up my car it was broken I signed the papers on September 5th My car has been in the shop since September 7th and it is still there I keep getting the runaround by me calling no one has called me I drive up there I call and I'm still getting the runaround I'm still having to pay car payment car insurance on something I do not have I'm very disappointed in this dealership The service writer he's good but again I keep getting the run around about my car 2018 Cadillac Escalade My dream car that I do not even have but I have to make all these payments on it and car insurance I can't stop expressing myself about that some answers would be great some reassurance would be great The owner the big boss to whoever should be talking to me trying to make this right but they have not they give me a rental car but not a loaner that I had to pay up front for the rental first but they say they're going to pay for everything okay I'm driving something that I don't want to drive I do not like driving it it rides terrible it's ugly I'm very upset I have medical issues that I need to deal with and these people are making it worse I don't sleep I don't eat I'm depressed I feel like I made the biggest mistake in my entire life I purchasing a car from Faulkner Chevrolet Cadillac I do not recommend them now maybe after my vehicle is fixed and I check it completely to see if it's exactly the way it's supposed to be maybe I'll change my mind but like I said there's no communication there's no nothing I got to keep calling I got a keep going through different people asking questions and keep wasting my time and my gas to drive all the way up there to see what's going on and still I'm not getting any answers so one out of 10 I will give them a two only because my salesman is okay not the best but has tried to help me in every way he can but he's only a salesman not the big boss to fix things or get things rolling The service writer is on point very nice tries to give me everything he can what I mean by tells me things that I need to know or would like to know I should say cuz he doesn't really know me neither Even the service manager doesn't even get in contact with me I've lived several messages to both the service manager and the used car general manager and I've heard nothing they sold me a broken car then they even stole my all-weather floor mats everything has gone wrong with this car and then the top it off with general motors being on strike does not help neither but they're the ones that put these cars together and now they've been breaking down the five three the six two motors and all that stuff lifter problems this problem that problem crankshafts I guess they're called push rods or whatever but all that stuff is wrong Engine is junk transmission is junk and they knew this car was junk when they sold it to me they just rigged it up to make it sound good when I test drove it and then it was time for me to sign the papers I signed and then it was time for me to get in it it wasn't working You would think they would give me back my money and my car I traded in but they didn't or offered me something else or even a loaner car but they didn't even have that I'm sorry I'm talking so much but this dealership is not a good place More

Communicative, helpful, and did great work on my car. I anticipated a 30+ day timeline to repair my Chevy that had a great deal of front end damage from hitting a deer. I noticed the wrong color Chevy symbol on the grill and they offered to replace it with the black symbol without hesitation to ensure it looked good as new and matched the rest of the vehicle. I emailed if a CT4-V Blackwing was still available. A couple of days later I emailed to see if the blackwing was available to test drive. Faulkner responded that the vehicle isn't available or onsite. I questioned why it took this long to let me know the vehicle wasn't available and the employee told me this was conveyed in the email where the "escalade" availability was specifically mentioned. The correspondence was just frustrating throughout the entire process. This all happened during the week of 5/16/22. My salesman Jim Oravek was great. i used to be in the car sales business ,first of all when i talked to Jim on the phone he told me that used cars don,t stay on the market for long and i should come in ASAP i know the used car market is crazy hot now, i decided to leave early for work to take a look at the car a used 2008 honda accord.. What i really liked about him was he said let me get your licence make a copy and take a test drive to see if i loved the car before we go any further, most dealerships will ask for your social security number at this point they will run your credit and insist its a soft inquiry xxxxxxxx its always dings your credit score.i told Jim the car was ok lets do it.I actually thought i might have to go to one of these BEND OVER pay here places with my credit score.TO my surprise Faulkner Got me approved at a much better rate than i was expecting 3.99 they did want 500$ More than i Said i was putting but having been in the business i know this happens sometimes they helped out some with that small snafu. I don't know who details their cars but mine was spotless i have bought new cars that were not as clean.By the way Jim if you read this i am ABSOLUTELY loving my newer ACCORD thank you so much for making it happen.bottom line reasons i am happy with my experience # 1 Jim Oravek he was honest he not pushy he was not your typical slick rick salesman.#2 They got me approved at a rate i could afford and did not tack on points on the back end thanks F&I dept.This whole process went like buying a car should i wanted the car they wanted to sell it to me it was a pleasant experience, you don't feel like you went through a 12 round heavy weight title fight.the reason i put average for price is because i know the used market is crazy now and if you see a deal that is too good to be true something is very shady. Over all great buying experience Jim is a true asset to Faulkner"s dealership. Ps i found this car on this website i would have never thought of looking for my honda at Faulkner chevrolet More
