To make a very long story short, I purchased a used Chrysler 300. The very NIGHT, I made the purchase I began to experience problems with the vehicle. I called my salesperson Tom delgott to report th Chrysler 300. The very NIGHT, I made the purchase I began to experience problems with the vehicle. I called my salesperson Tom delgott to report the problem. He told me to bring the vehicle in when he got back from xmas vacation and that he would get it taken care of. Needless to say, it didnt get taken care of, and he and his manager Hugh Gillespie hid behind the 1k, 1 month powertrain warranty that came with the car. I was basically told there was nothing they would do for the electrical and sensor issues that I experienced. So after spending over 11k, Im going to have to drop another undisclosed amount to fix issues that were obviously wrong with the vehicle at purchase. Thoroughly disgusted by the dishonor exhibited at Faulkner GMC West Chester and would never recommend them to anyone. More
Absolute worst experience of my life. I've bought a toaster oven before and that salesman was more professional than anyone at Faulkner. I made a visit on a friday night, came back the next morning to toaster oven before and that salesman was more professional than anyone at Faulkner. I made a visit on a friday night, came back the next morning to find a sold sign mysteriously placed on the vehicle I expressed interest in the night before. The salesman pushed a newer model on me, and he pushed it very hard. As I started to walk away, the sales manager came out and said they would try to find the vehicle I wanted at another dealership in the area. They said they would call me by the end of the day. Well, several days went by and I heard nothing, so I went to a different dealership that happened to have what i wanted and bought it right there on the spot. I called Faulkner the same night I bought the car, and left a message on the voicemail thanking them for looking, but informing them I made a purchase elsewhere and perhaps we could to business in the future. Several more days go by and finally I get a phone call from Faulkner saying they found a car for me. When i told the salesman (Don) that I had already made a purchase, he became very irate with me, so I just hung up the phone. I started getting more phone calls at work, and then came home to messages on my phone saying that I was a liar and never left a message, I was "rude" for not calling him and "if you want to do business in the future with real men, you should learn how to do it right". God forbid I made the salesman do a little bit of work to find me a vehicle. Overall I eneded up talking to the manager (who wasn't much better). I told him the harassing phone calls needed to come to an end or i would take a drastic next step. He told me to just be happy with my new car. What an A-hole. Learn to check your freakin voicemail. I can see why GM has been hurting so badly over the past several years. Don't waste your time here, there are plenty of dealers who are willing to do a little bit of work to make an honest sale and earn your business. BTW - this dealership knew my father-in-law after he bought THREE cars from them. Didn't seem to matter how they treated me. More

The vechile has since run out of warranty, and the factory agreed to extend the warr failure...after 8 trips it has still not been resloved.. The vechile has since run out of warranty, and the factory agreed to extend the warranty...until the dealer claimed the system was tampered with.. Still not repaired. More
