I live over an hour away from this dealership and after reading the reviews I was a tad bit concerned on the follow-through on the dealership in keeping to it's quoted price. Let me first say that I'm a s reading the reviews I was a tad bit concerned on the follow-through on the dealership in keeping to it's quoted price. Let me first say that I'm a shopper who knew what I wanted to buy and I had no requirements in regards to finding the "right" car nor did I need financing - so it's a simple matter of me locating what I wanted and have the dealer simply provide the quote. I was in an out of the dealership in about an hour and a half. Most of this wait was most likely the time waiting for them to prep the car (wash and fill) - wish they would have done this prior but I'm sure they have had a fair amount of no shows. Blair took my information and handed me off to the business manager (Allen). Allen did go through a list of other service/options - at no point did he make me feel that I was making a big mistake if I didn't get "X" or "Y" protection. This may be more about the type of buyer (get in - get out). I honestly had more of an issue with the GM On-Star activation person (not part of the dealership) who presented option "$$" and option "$" but failed to provide the other option "NONE" - which I picked. The On-Star person then wanted credit card number - which I also deferred to maybe later. I had no issue with the handling of the transaction and I left paying exactly what was quoted to me. More
I custom ordered a Buick enclave in Mid April. At that time, the dealer and I have made an agreement on the price and they promised I will get a rebate. For that reason, I placed my deposit and kept waiti time, the dealer and I have made an agreement on the price and they promised I will get a rebate. For that reason, I placed my deposit and kept waiting. Two months later, I've moved to Massachusetts. They said my car arrived and they will sell it to me at the price we've agreed on. OK. I'm so excited, ask for two days leave from work, bring the money, and drive 7-hours back from MA to take the car. You know what. When I was there, they told me I'm not eligible for the rebate and asked me to pay a much higher price. I'm so upset with them. I said I won't buy at this price. They felt really relaxed and said I can take my deposit back. It's not a matter of deposit. Just think of how much effort, time, and money you have spent on this? A bloody lesson. Do not waste your time and stay away from this dealer. More

On April 24, Paul Morgan showed me a 1995 Honda Accord EX briefly at Faulkner Pontiac Harrisburg. On April 26, I came back to Faulkner Pontiac, talked with one sales representatives (Paul Morgan is off that briefly at Faulkner Pontiac Harrisburg. On April 26, I came back to Faulkner Pontiac, talked with one sales representatives (Paul Morgan is off that day. Another sales guy talked with me, but I don't remember his name) and had a deal for that Honda Accord. The sales representative also helped me filed a finance application that day for part of my payment, $3,000. Before I left, I was told that Paul Morgan, or the guy who helped me fill in my finance application, would call me on April 27 to let me know whether my application get approval or not, and then they would provide more information for me to buy insurance for the car. But I waited for the whole day (on April 27) and did not hear from them at all. So I went there again on April 28, and surprisely found that the car was sold already at higher price than I offered. I was so disappointed at their irresponsible behaviour and it hurts my feelings. At least Faulkner Pontiac should inform me in the first place when they got another offer for the car (In my opinion, they even should not show other customers the same car after we had a deal on it). I just couldn't believe that a big dealer like Faulkner Pontiac Harrisburg has no professional spirit for the service at all. I was very, very disappointed of this experience. That hurts badly to me. <br> More
