WATCH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I took my Buick Regal to the service dept for a Stabilitrak error message. Turns out it's $100 just to have them diagnose the problem, and another $1 I took my Buick Regal to the service dept for a Stabilitrak error message. Turns out it's $100 just to have them diagnose the problem, and another $100 to replace the sensor. Rather than paying $100 for nothing I paid $200 for a sensor. But that wasn't enough. They told me I also needed front brake pads and rotors. This to the tune of $370. The rotors are rusting and flaking and the brake pads are wore. ODD-I had my car inspected the week before and that garage said there was no problem. In fact I had more than 50% left, and given that I had brakes put on about 1 year ago, all makes sense. When i picked my car up, they had given me an estimate slip with a hand written note saying my brakes needed changed ASAP and that it was a "safety issue". Even noted that they are leaking. I think they were trying to take advantage of me to begin with on the brake situation and to use this type of "scare tactic" was totally uncalled for! I will NEVER go there again, and I will take every opportunity to tell others why not to as well! The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to. They don't deserve any star! More

He was very thorough and patient with me but made me very comfortable with all the technology in this vehicle. Nick will be our family's salesman for every car we buy. More

So what? He only wanted to buy a car from us. Big deal! I had called on Monday and spoke with Magali DeClet, Internet Sales Professional. Made an appointment for the following Sat. to see a used luxury car (read not cheap). Friday rolls around and at 6:20p she emails me and asks if I got al the requested info via email. I said NO! Then I listen to my voicemail and at 4:403p a manager, Hugh Gillespie I think, tells me they loaned the car to a "special client" and it is not available for the appointment tomorrow. I am now going somewhere else to buy a car tomorrow. Good luck to you if you use them! More
Want to sot around for hrs this is place to go Bought a used truck from them. Took two trucks for a test drive then came back. Waited 20 minutes for the sale then over two hrs to do paper work. Called many times always a machine when financial guy called me back said dont know what happen to When returned to "just pay" had an apointment sat waited over half hr. Reason "Others got ahead of you" so appointment was useless. Tried finance us at higher rate then bank gave us when said going with bank told us oh we can just write it up. Good vehicle okay deal but wait wait wait for paper work. Financial guy is either inept or overworked. Doesnt matter cuz it results in you sitting for hrs waiting comment sales guy was "we are not wannamkers" More
