Service work I took my 3 series in thinking it was just the battery that needed to be replaced, it turned out the fuel pump and head gasket were bad. The service department did their research and found that my vehicle has an extended warranty on it. They fixed the issues with my vehicle quickly while also providing with a courtesy vehicle while the repairs were done. I especially appreciated how kind the were even though my BMW isn't brand new and wasn't purchased at their dealership. This was by far the best experience I've had with any dealership. More

Upon arrival I was told of overlapped appointments. Ok I wait..a 20 yr approaches. Let's look at the showroom. Couldn't answer any of concerns. After 5 minutes I'm ignored by him and my guy who was to help me initially. I waited 10 minutes standing stupidly..no one bothered 3 agents walked by doing nothing. I walked out. The girl behind the countered snicker at me at least 4 times. Why? Cause I wore an army sweatshirt. Respect 0 don't waste your time here. A big fat joke..I was warned ahead of time..their service stinks. Indeed! More

I did not feel I was being "sold" on anything- He did however point out some available services attributed to the Faulkner dealership. And I have used the loaner car program as well as the vehicle pick up program which helps schedule services around my time constraints. The service department is responsive and communications are professional and prompt. It also helps hen everyone, I mean everyone's attitude is positive and welcoming, from the person that holds the door greeting you as you drive into the service bay, to the person saying good bye until next time. More

Excellent Sales Team and Overall Experience I drove 3.5 hours from Pittsburgh to purchase a used car from them. Overall, the sales service was much better than my local dealership. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They made a long distance transaction easy. Would defiantly do business with them again. I wish I was closer to their dealership to get the car serviced there as well. More
Took 50 minutes and 4 calls to get an update on a car that was in for repairs. Was then told the car hadn't even been taken in yet - more than 4 hours after the appointment time. They have made it clear they do not care about customers or give any consideration to their customer's needs when it comes to having a car repaired. Was told my car would be the first one in the morning - as of 1:00pm, it still wasn't in. Was told that I would be contacted in the morning with a diagnosis and estimate (both in price and time) - no one ever called, which is what prompted the 50 minutes and 4 calls to get the update that no one had done anything. Update: Just spoke with service director. They are fortunately arranging for a loaner car while they fix my car. I will update this review based on the outcome. Update: Ended up not leaving my car with these people. The "loaner" was not what expected - they were going to call Enterprise to pick me up... seriously. The quote sheet they gave me listed the prices of parts as 53% higher than another nearby BMW dealer, and labor costs at 168% higher than the same nearby BMW dealer. While this may be a great dealership for purchasing a car and then getting service for the car you purchased from them, they are absolutely horrible to anyone who didn't purchase their BMW from Faulkner. Anyone purchasing a used BMW elsewhere, or moving to the area, find another dealer or an independent shop that won't rip you off with price, be rude to you both on the phone and in the dealership, and will actually follow through with communication and keep to their promised scheduled appointments. Stellar Customer Service - from sales to service. We purchased our first BMW from Faulkner in 2000. Over the years, Rob Howry has always worked with us to find just the right car... at the right price. We have our cars serviced at Faulkner also. The service department works around our schedules, picks up and delivers our cars, notifies us of costs prior to completion of work and always delivers the cars when promised. The cars are returned in spotless condition and the work is always completed correctly the first time. When our Z4 had a steering column issue, Faulkner went to BMW USA and urged them to replace the defective part at their cost. The car was out of warranty, but nevertheless Rob and the service department arranged for the repair at no charge to us. We could not ask for better service. We have been tempted to look at other luxury cars, but stay with BMW because of the amazing service we get from Faulkner. More

When the time came to trade in a Japanese luxury sport sedan, I spent quite a while researching cars and dealerships, test driving several brands and interacting with a wide variety of sales people. I am delighted with my new 328, pleased with the entire shopping experience at Faulkner, and impressed with the time and attention Rob and Tommy gave to us during one of the busiest weekends of the year.
