My wife and I recently purchased a '08 328xi. We could not have been more pleased with the staff and the purchasing process. Faulkner had none of the pretense that we have experienced in other BMW dealers not have been more pleased with the staff and the purchasing process. Faulkner had none of the pretense that we have experienced in other BMW dealerships. Tom's attention to detail in managing the process was superb. Jonathan, our client advisor, was friendly, knowledgeable and patient in showing us all the details of the car. Jason handled the business transaction smoothly and quickly. And Matt was helpful in negotiating with us via phone, as we were coming from several hours away to purchase the car. All of our expectations were met or exceeded. The car has been great and we would recommend anyone to make Faulkner their first stop when looking for a BMW. More
Even though we've moved to Wyomissing, I still drive to Faulkner for service. They always treat you like you matter. I had a new 2007 BMW 328i that I had purchased there, but when my lease was up, I purcha Faulkner for service. They always treat you like you matter. I had a new 2007 BMW 328i that I had purchased there, but when my lease was up, I purchased a 2004 325Ci privately - but will continue to service at Faulkner. They didn't make it an issue that my car was not purchased there when calling to set up service; I was still treated with total courtesy and given a 2011 BMW to drive for the day while my car was in. Not purchasing there, I would have been happy to pay for a loaner car, but the fact that it was offered with a "No problem, we'll take care of you" attitude...it says a lot. You're top notch, Faulkner, and you'll always have my business. THANK YOU to everyone there!!!! More
My husband and I live approximately 90 miles from Faulkner BMW. While visiting Lancaster on 19 February 2011, we decided to stop by and, as a result of the excellent customer service skills and knowledge from our salesperson, Greg Schaub, my husband purchased a 2000 BMW Z3 ///M. Over the last month, my husband has had many questions about the Z3 (interior noise, wheels, decals) as well as questions for other new BMWs (performance, purchasing vs. leasing, European delivery). Greg Schaub has gone, in both of our opinions, above and beyond the call of duty. He has answered every question we have asked in a speedy, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly manner – in person, over the phone, and via e-mail. Because of this, my husband sold his 2007 BMW 335xi to Faulkner BMW and we intend on purchasing a new BMW by the end of this year – again, from Faulkner. There are at least three BMW dealerships closer to our home than Faulkner. However, we have no intention of bringing our business anywhere but to Faulkner BMW – and Greg Schaub. We appreciate Faulkner BMW's commitment to being a customer-service dealership and we appreciate Faulkner's superior attention to detail and customers’ concerns. More
Rob and Tom made the purchase experience very simple. With a few short emails and two phone conversations the deal was finalized. Team was outstanding and though I have more then a few dealerships closer to my house, (including the one closest which I did visit) I by far enjoyed my experience at Faulkner BMW. I basically did all my homework on my computer. My first contact was by phone with Tom Hilliker. He was very friendly, courteous, and fun to work with. Tom worked hard for me and we came up with the best price of all the dealers I contacted. The second person I worked with was Johanathan Hoxworth. This was also by phone. He like Tom extremely easy to do business with and immensely knowledgeable and helpful. We completed our transaction over the phone and the first time I saw the dealership was when I picked up my car. All my paperwork was completed by Matt Duke who was very professional, affable, and well informed. It was a pleasure dealing with these three men, thus making my purchase a pleasant experience. More

I was very impressed with the manner in which this dealership went about their business, making me feel at home and dealing with me without any pressure to purchase. The dealership negotiated in good faith, in a non-confrontational, extremely fair and reasonable manner. The staff did a terrific job of getting the car turned around so quickly (4 hours from the time I set foot in the dealership, and it was a Saturday!). This was a certified pre-owned automobile and I felt that they dealt with me as though I was purchasing a brand new vehicle. No pressure to purchase extended warranties - information was presented clearly and again, without any pressure to purchase. The salesman (Ray Carrington) did a thorough job of going through the car, again as if I were purchasing new. Suffice it to say that if I know ANYONE who is interested in purchasing a Bimmer, I will steer them the way of this dealership. I truly do consider this dealership the best I have ever dealt with, and there have been quite a few though the years. I even wrote the dealership a personal "thank you" email, I thought that much of their manner and service. More
