This is my second purchase from Faulkner. I drive from Bethany Beach, Delaware (about 3 hours one way) to do business with them, and Greg Schaub is the reason! He recently helped me facilitate a birthday surprise for my wife, a 2011 BMW X3. He even got me a bow to put on it, and the surprise would have not been possible without his help. We met Greg for the first time a few months ago over an internet transaction. We were a bit skeptical buying a car site unseen and driving so far, but it is well worth it. Faulkner delivers what no other dealer can, and I do not just mean pricing. Greg and the rest of the staff honestly are all class acts. Do me a favor and just give them a shot. I promise it will be worth your time and the drive. My wife and I will stop in to say hi next time we are in the Lancaster area, we want to see their new dealership! Thanks Greg! More

We live in Maryland so before driving to PA, I received a quote first from the online Sales Mgr. Tom Hilliker.. He did an outstanding JOB and I came Back to meet Robert Howery the next day as I hadremembered he is an outstanding BMW sales person his Knowledge is unmatched and he still acts like a pro and even though I knew Rob he acted like I had never saw a BMW and did a Great Job selling me the used BMW and getting me an outstanding deal. We bought 4 BMW's from the store in Reading, PA, approximately 1.5 miles from our home. After being treated very poorly and having awful service, we decided to try Faulkner BMW in Lancaster, PA, app approximately 1.5 miles from our home. We have now purchased three cars in three years and have found Faulkner to be as good as the local store was bad. We were treated very faily on trade-ins on our new vehicles and the Service Department is excellent. We would refer Anyone to deal with Faulkner BMW. They have exceeded expectations in all ways. More

Wonderful. Raymond and Cary were the sales people that we worked with. Drove up from DC to buy a wagon last summer and they still call about every three months to make sure everything is OK. 6/9/11- After having had difficulty locating the exact CPO vehicle (BMW 128i with NAV) that I wanted in New Jersey, I found it on Faulkner's website. It was reasonably priced and I also had an excellent t CPO vehicle (BMW 128i with NAV) that I wanted in New Jersey, I found it on Faulkner's website. It was reasonably priced and I also had an excellent trade that would be a part of this deal. I made an on line inquiry about this car and Jonathan Hoxworth was the Faulkner sales rep assigned to handle my inquiry. Jonathan handled everything extraordinarily well and all negotiations were done by e mail and some phone contact. We agreed upon a fair price and I made the 2 hour trip to Lancaster to see their vehicle and for Faulkner to see my trade. Their vehicle was as good as described and so was my trade. There were no further negotiations and most of my paperwork was already completed when I arrived at the dealership. I have been buying and trading cars for almost 40 years and this experience was by far the best. No last minute car dealer type gimmicks or games. Thanks to Jonathan Hoxworth and the Faulkner staff, everything went very smoothly and I am very pleased with the new vehicle and the after sales follow up as provided by Faulkner. I have already recommended this dealership to friends and family and will certainly consider them first when it is time for another purchase of a BMW. Great job guys! More
