Greg Schaub was so great to work with when buying my 2012 X3. There was a problem with the car, evidently in the way it was programmed, which caused the battery to go dead about a month after we bought it. X3. I have been perfectly satisfied with my experience with Faulkner BMW, and this impression has majorly been influenced by salesman Greg Schaub. This was my first BMW purchase, a certified pre-owned 2006 32 Faulkner BMW, and this impression has majorly been influenced by salesman Greg Schaub. This was my first BMW purchase, a certified pre-owned 2006 325i. At the start, I was looking for a previous generation (E46) sedan, based on preference and cost considerations. The difficult part of my search was the fact that I was set on getting a manual transmission, which is harder than I thought it would be in a BMW 3-Series. Mr. Schaub was very patient and professional with me as we worked through the search process. Along the way, he recommended that I take a test drive of a newer-gen (E90) sedan on the lot (MT-equipped, of course). Although I found it to be very nice, I assumed it would be out of reach relative to my pre-set budget. However, in the end, Greg and Faulkner were able to offer it to me at an extremely attractive price that brought me into the BMW fold. He also personally attended to a myriad of little details that made the whole experience first-class, even though I was "only" a used car customer. I would, and will, whole-heartedly recommed Faulkner BMW - and especially Greg Schaub - to family, friends, and acqaintances. More
