After looking at a couple of cars online, my husband scheduled an appt at Faulkner BMW. We wanted to test drive a 300 series and a few hours later drove home in my new car! I brought my pre-owned 5 series into Faulkner for routine service and left with a new 3 series. Greg helped me find a car that suited my personality and needs much more than the 5 series. after receiving a decent quote we pursued to go for this dealership and after giving the deposit , customer service was bad. Instead of them providing us with the updates I had to call them again and again. dealership and after giving the deposit , customer service was bad. Instead of them providing us with the updates I had to call them again and again.Thankfully after I received the production number I could track it on my own. I found this very unprofessional of them. I haven't received the accessories promised to me till this date. I don't know what has happened to my emails that i sent charles. its been three months and no news. Not a good experience and I dont intend to come back. Not something I expected from a premier car company dealership. More
