Faulkner BMW is the best automobile sales and service company I have experienced since buying my first car 48 years ago. I have owned seven BMWs, one bought on sight in Munich and the other six from Fau company I have experienced since buying my first car 48 years ago. I have developed my opinion about Faulkner BMW by having purchased/serviced four cars over the past 15 years. Everyone I have encountered at the dealership is courteous, inspired to assist and very attentive. The sales staff possesses best-in-class knowledge about the automobiles they offer. They take the time to truly understand what you need in order to provide a vehicle you will be thrilled to own. The service team is splendid. The way they manage service appointments is brilliant. Even if you didn’t buy your BMW from Faulkner, you should see them for service. The integrity and efficiency of the service team is terrific. Greg Schaub was so great to work with when buying my 2012 X3. There was a problem with the car, evidently in the way it was programmed, which caused the battery to go dead about a month after we bought it. X3. I have been perfectly satisfied with my experience with Faulkner BMW, and this impression has majorly been influenced by salesman Greg Schaub. This was my first BMW purchase, a certified pre-owned 2006 32 Faulkner BMW, and this impression has majorly been influenced by salesman Greg Schaub. This was my first BMW purchase, a certified pre-owned 2006 325i. At the start, I was looking for a previous generation (E46) sedan, based on preference and cost considerations. The difficult part of my search was the fact that I was set on getting a manual transmission, which is harder than I thought it would be in a BMW 3-Series. Mr. Schaub was very patient and professional with me as we worked through the search process. Along the way, he recommended that I take a test drive of a newer-gen (E90) sedan on the lot (MT-equipped, of course). Although I found it to be very nice, I assumed it would be out of reach relative to my pre-set budget. However, in the end, Greg and Faulkner were able to offer it to me at an extremely attractive price that brought me into the BMW fold. He also personally attended to a myriad of little details that made the whole experience first-class, even though I was "only" a used car customer. I would, and will, whole-heartedly recommed Faulkner BMW - and especially Greg Schaub - to family, friends, and acqaintances. More

After looking at a couple of cars online, my husband scheduled an appt at Faulkner BMW. We wanted to test drive a 300 series and a few hours later drove home in my new car!
