In the past five years I have purchased 5 new vehicles from varying manufacturers. Each time, the process was grueling, rushed, and my wife and I did not feel valued as a customer. I must say that the entire process at Faulkner BMW was great. We did not feel at any point that we were being rushed into a purchase. We felt that we were being helped to find the perfect vehicle, on our terms. Raymond treated us kindly (as well as the rest of the staff), fit us in to Faulkner’s busy schedule, took the time to show us all of the features on the vehicle and most importantly, followed up to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. We will definitely be returning to Faulkner BMW for our next vehicle! More
I purchased a Cerified used 2009 BMW X5 (so I thought). 3 monthes after I purchased the vehicle I was in NJ visiting family when smoke started coming out under the hood of my vehicle. I eneded up having the oil changed only to see that the oil filter had disintegrated and the oil cap hand stuff on it that you could pick at. Not only that, the backup camera was so grainy that I couldn't depend it when backing up. When I returned to MD I went to BMW of Bel Air where they went above and beyond my expectations. Ultimately, I will never refer anyone to this dealership. You should be able to depend on your vehicle of which I could not. More
Greg is a true asset to your company. The first time I had met him was on the side of the road in my 2009 328xi. He thought that I was having trouble as he was driving by and stopped to assist, when in reality I was on my phone looking at the internet for something. :) was I remembered him and his willingness to stop just because I was in a BMW, the brand that he truly believes in and sales. I happened to be in a pretty brutal car accident involving my 328xi and an 18 wheeler. Unfortunately, I lost that battle and needed a new vehicle. I was going to return to Sun Motors and deal with them again as normal, but stopped to see Greg since he gave me something to remember him by with his integrity and helpfulness. Once I walked in the door on the day I purchased my new 328i Coupe, he recognized me and started to understand what had just happened to me and what he could do to assist me in getting into a new car and on my way. Within a very short amount of time, Greg and Matt Duke assisted me, and all in one day I took possession of my new 2012 328i. I love the car too! The only unfortunate black spot, and this has nothing to do with Greg or Matt, but the English speaking Salesman. Not only was he out of control driving one of your vehicles through your car lot, he was on a cell phone and driving over 20 miles and hour on the wrong side of the "lane". He completely freaked me out, and scared me when he almost hit me head-on directly in front of the dealership. I had mentioned this to the GM, but just to reiterate how scared and upset I was already having a terrible accident shortly before, and then almost being hit head-on by a dealer. Thank you Greg, you are the man! More

As soon as my family and I walked on the lot we were greeted warmly by Jonathan and the Faulkner BMW dealership. We were shown around the lot and given a very thorough explanation of all the cars, their greeted warmly by Jonathan and the Faulkner BMW dealership. Jonathan has a vast knowledge of everything BMW, so after informing him of what type of car I wanted he recommended the 335ix coupe. After test driving the 2012 335ix coupe model I knew that this was the perfect car for me. The pricing was negotiated and then came the paperwork. The paperwork took a very short amount of time and all warranty information, etc was explained in entirety. After the paperwork came the final overview of the car's features (I never knew a car could have so many). Jonathan went over every aspect of the car, made sure I understood these features, and clarified if there was any confusion. I believe that my experience set Jonathan and the BMW Faulkner dealership far above all other past car buying experiences and other dealerships in the region. I have never in my life had a better dealer experience. I've bought a few luxury cars at different dealerships in different cities. I've even bought from different BMW dealers and none can hold a candle to I've bought a few luxury cars at different dealerships in different cities. I've even bought from different BMW dealers and none can hold a candle to the service I received from Breanna in the internet department and my eventual Client Advisor, Greg Schaub. They both went above and beyond in helping us find the exact right car for us. Greg did everything he could, including staying late, to make sure we were happy and taken care of. I never want to buy another car anywhere else ever again! I don't usually gush like this. But I've never had such a great experience and all service for the car was also handled extremely well. They provided a new loaner car for when our car was serviced. They even offer valet pick up and delivery. The car is everything we were hoping for and they know exactly how to treat their customers. They've made a repeat customer for life. More

I went to Faulkner to look and Greg's ability to listen and be patient while I made the decision was noteworthy. almost 4 weeks later I made a decision. The process related to working with finance, getting the paperwork done, and showing the car at the end was amazing! Efficient and effective for a busy person. Bottom line, it is apparent that Faulkner takes pride in salespeople that listen to their customer's needs and have them go away with a vehicle that works for them! Bill More
