Took 50 minutes and 4 calls to get an update on a car that was in for repairs. Was then told the car hadn't even been taken in yet - more than 4 hours after the appointment time. They have made it clear they do not care about customers or give any consideration to their customer's needs when it comes to having a car repaired. Was told my car would be the first one in the morning - as of 1:00pm, it still wasn't in. Was told that I would be contacted in the morning with a diagnosis and estimate (both in price and time) - no one ever called, which is what prompted the 50 minutes and 4 calls to get the update that no one had done anything. Update: Just spoke with service director. They are fortunately arranging for a loaner car while they fix my car. I will update this review based on the outcome. Update: Ended up not leaving my car with these people. The "loaner" was not what expected - they were going to call Enterprise to pick me up... seriously. The quote sheet they gave me listed the prices of parts as 53% higher than another nearby BMW dealer, and labor costs at 168% higher than the same nearby BMW dealer. While this may be a great dealership for purchasing a car and then getting service for the car you purchased from them, they are absolutely horrible to anyone who didn't purchase their BMW from Faulkner. Anyone purchasing a used BMW elsewhere, or moving to the area, find another dealer or an independent shop that won't rip you off with price, be rude to you both on the phone and in the dealership, and will actually follow through with communication and keep to their promised scheduled appointments. Stellar Customer Service - from sales to service. We purchased our first BMW from Faulkner in 2000. The service department works around our schedules, picks up and delivers our cars, notifies us of costs prior to completion of work and always delivers the cars when promised. The cars are returned in spotless condition and the work is always completed correctly the first time. When our Z4 had a steering column issue, Faulkner went to BMW USA and urged them to replace the defective part at their cost. The car was out of warranty, but nevertheless Rob and the service department arranged for the repair at no charge to us. We could not ask for better service. We have been tempted to look at other luxury cars, but stay with BMW because of the amazing service we get from Faulkner. More
Relatively new to Lancaster, I had heard many of my friends, neighbors and coworkers praise the Faulkner BMW dealership and staff. When the time came to trade in a Japanese luxury sport sedan, I spent friends, neighbors and coworkers praise the Faulkner BMW dealership and staff. When the time came to trade in a Japanese luxury sport sedan, I spent quite a while researching cars and dealerships, test driving several brands and interacting with a wide variety of sales people. I am delighted with my new 328, pleased with the entire shopping experience at Faulkner, and impressed with the time and attention Rob and Tommy gave to us during one of the busiest weekends of the year. Knowing that we would be shopping around for best price, Greg took the time to let us test drive the car we were interested a few times, and then assured us that he would win our business. We did find a great price at another dealership, but without sharing that price with Greg, he beat our best offer and then made sure we also got the additional rebate from BMW. He has followed up since our purchase to insure that everything was as it should be. We would highly recommend Greg and the dealership to any of our friends! More

This is my 6th BMW. I came to Faulkner due to the conistent professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. Specifically, Rob Howry has been terrific in helping me find the right car for both me and conistent professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. Specifically, Rob Howry has been terrific in helping me find the right car for both me and my wife. Helping me find the right car can be challenging, but Rob patiently focuses on understanding what I am looking for instead of making a quick sale. He follows up on a regular basis to make sure both my wife and I are satisfied. Ricky Wood has also been very helpful and last year he even helped me find a Nissan for my son at a Faulkner dealership. I purchased that car the same evening that I called him. I live within 5 miles of 2 BMW dealerships, however, I drive 50 miles to work with the team at Faulkner and will continue to do so in the future. More

In the past five years I have purchased 5 new vehicles from varying manufacturers. Each time, the process was grueling, rushed, and my wife and I did not feel valued as a customer. I must say that the entire process at Faulkner BMW was great. We did not feel at any point that we were being rushed into a purchase. We felt that we were being helped to find the perfect vehicle, on our terms. Raymond treated us kindly (as well as the rest of the staff), fit us in to Faulkner’s busy schedule, took the time to show us all of the features on the vehicle and most importantly, followed up to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. We will definitely be returning to Faulkner BMW for our next vehicle! More
I purchased a Cerified used 2009 BMW X5 (so I thought). 3 monthes after I purchased the vehicle I was in NJ visiting family when smoke started coming out under the hood of my vehicle. I eneded up having the oil changed only to see that the oil filter had disintegrated and the oil cap hand stuff on it that you could pick at. Not only that, the backup camera was so grainy that I couldn't depend it when backing up. When I returned to MD I went to BMW of Bel Air where they went above and beyond my expectations. Ultimately, I will never refer anyone to this dealership. You should be able to depend on your vehicle of which I could not. More
Greg is a true asset to your company. The first time I had met him was on the side of the road in my 2009 328xi. He thought that I was having trouble as he was driving by and stopped to assist, when in reality I was on my phone looking at the internet for something. :) was I remembered him and his willingness to stop just because I was in a BMW, the brand that he truly believes in and sales. I happened to be in a pretty brutal car accident involving my 328xi and an 18 wheeler. Unfortunately, I lost that battle and needed a new vehicle. I was going to return to Sun Motors and deal with them again as normal, but stopped to see Greg since he gave me something to remember him by with his integrity and helpfulness. Once I walked in the door on the day I purchased my new 328i Coupe, he recognized me and started to understand what had just happened to me and what he could do to assist me in getting into a new car and on my way. Within a very short amount of time, Greg and Matt Duke assisted me, and all in one day I took possession of my new 2012 328i. I love the car too! The only unfortunate black spot, and this has nothing to do with Greg or Matt, but the English speaking Salesman. Not only was he out of control driving one of your vehicles through your car lot, he was on a cell phone and driving over 20 miles and hour on the wrong side of the "lane". He completely freaked me out, and scared me when he almost hit me head-on directly in front of the dealership. I had mentioned this to the GM, but just to reiterate how scared and upset I was already having a terrible accident shortly before, and then almost being hit head-on by a dealer. Thank you Greg, you are the man! More
