After I communicated to her the work that needs to be done on the vehicle, she failed to communicate it to the technicians resulting in a delay. Also, my vehicle had 200 extra miles at the time of pickup. When I checked the navigation, my vehicle had been to Walmart and 2 different cemeteries. Clearly, someone took it for a joy ride which is unprofessional. I recommend this shop due to good quality work but the scheduling lady lacks customer service and communication skills. Lastly, be aware of extra miles on your vehicle! More
