My experience with Father & Sons Kia in West Springfield I recently purchased a Kia Rio from Fathers & Sons in West Springfield. One of the things I liked most about the dealership is that when we started w I recently purchased a Kia Rio from Fathers & Sons in West Springfield. One of the things I liked most about the dealership is that when we started walking around the parking lot looking at cars, we were not bombarded by salesmen asking if they could help us. They let us look around a little bit and then came out and asked if we needed any help. Our salesman, Anthony Perry, was very cordial and very pleasant to work with. He answered all our questions and we ended up taking a test drive and decided that day that was the car we wanted, and we had a new Kia Rio in three days. When we went to go pick up the car, Tony sat with me and went through all the bells & whistles of the car. We even received a full tank of gas, which in this day and age of gas prices, it was nice to see. I have bought cars before, and just about made it out of the parking lot to a gas station. We felt at ease and not pressured at all to buy a car. All the staff were friendly and the Financing Department was right on top of things and things went very smoothly. I will be sure to recommend Fathers & Sons to anyone who is looking for a car, and especially Tony Perry, who was wonderful to work with. More
