I started looking for a car online. Joe Foley was the only person to actually call me to ask if he could be of any assistance to me in purchasing a vehicle. All the other dealerships just e-mailed me multiple times(not very personal at all). When Joe first called me I was having family medical issues and did not have time to look for a car. I told him that and he wished my family well and said when I was able to he would gladly help me. (very considerate) Joe called me back after a few weeks and we were able to get together to talk about purchasing a car. Being a single woman you're always a little apprehensive about dealing with cars.(I feel that you are not always treated fairly(compared to a man-who has more knowledge about these things). Joe treated me with respect and I felt entirely comfortable with him. At our very first meeting Joe helped pick out my new Kia Sportage. The experience was a pleasure. Lee was exceptionally helpful during our new car purchase(2011 Kia Sorento). Lee knew all the features of the vehicle and allowed us to test drive a couple of different models before we made our se purchase(2011 Kia Sorento). I was however very disappointed to find the brake recall on my vehicle not even 2 months after I bought it, however I took it to Fathers/Sons Service Dept the day my brake light went on and they were wonderful there and actually took the car immediately and within an hour my recall was done and I felt MUCH safer driving.
