Johnathan was an amazing service advisor and really went out of his way to make my service appointment from great to amazing. He found out that my last service appointment at the dealership didn’t go so wel out of his way to make my service appointment from great to amazing. Had to have a recall addressed on my Impreza. I got both of my family's Subarus serviced at Farrish on consecutive days and it all went swimmingly. They have excellent customer service and are ready to take your car in and get it back to you quickly, consecutive days and it all went swimmingly. Three hours to determine nothing was wrong and charge a whole lotta money for that. Great example of why the auto industry sucks.
