I have purchase several cars over the years and my experience at Farrish Subaru was by far the best experience I have had at a car dealer. One e-mail and a follow-up telephone call on Monday morning and I was ready to purchase. I arrived at the dealership at 5:00 PM and by 7:15 i was driving home in my new 2013 Outback. Jim Turner cares about his customers, providing the best customer service I've every experienced in a car dealership. He was courteous and listened to my questions and concerns. Michelle Gorham assisted me with the final financing and paperwork in a courteous and professional manner. I could not have had a better experience at a car dealership and recommend Farrish to anyone interested in purchasing a Subaru. More
I had an Intermittent problem with my A/C. Rather than telling me to come back when it finally broke down completely, or rather than just replacing components hoping to solve the problem, they kept my car telling me to come back when it finally broke down completely, or rather than just replacing components hoping to solve the problem, they kept my car for about a week, gave me a loaner car, and were able to find the problem and repair it. The staff is very attentive and get your car serviced in a timely manner and of course a job well done. They will always try and work with your schedule.
