I have been looking for a particular vehicle for some time. Since it was a highly sought out vehicle, it was difficult for me to find a dealer who had one in stock. Lucky for me, Farrish Subaru had one a time. Since it was a highly sought out vehicle, it was difficult for me to find a dealer who had one in stock. Lucky for me, Farrish Subaru had one and I was lucky to deal with Rick Elinski. He helped me from the very first phone call to schedule an appointment down to helping me out anyway he can to get me financed. I had credit problems so it was no easy task, but I couldn't be more satisfied with the end result. Customer service is superb, I work until 6pm and it took an hour to drive up to Fairfax so on two separate occasions I was there until 10pm even though they close at 9pm. Outstanding professional service is why I will buy my next Subaru at Farrish Subaru, you should too. More

The weekend finally came, and we were anxious to get back to Subaru. We were so surprised to receive a call that morning from James. He wasn't feeling well, and called to let us know he wouldn't be in that day - but that someone else would definitely help us out. It was really great that he called us, that phone call made us feel important. We really appreciated his efforts. That same day we were so happy to meet with Jackie. He was very informative, let us know all of our options, was very detailed, so patient (we were there for over 6 hours), and made us feel comfortable. My husband and I brought along my brother and sister in law. We all liked Jackie so much, that my brother and sister in law are both planning to return to Farrish to meet specifically with him. They each want a separate Subaru. We were extremely satisfied with Jackie and his great service. This is the first time I've purchased a brand new car, and it was a wonderful experience working with Farrish Subaru. More

We came into the dealership around 4 on a Saturday and it was packed. The salesman we had spoken with on the phone was busy, so we waited around -- and then Rick came over, asked us what we were looking for, was packed. He was very thorough but most importantly extremely personable, frank, and open -- and helpful. We were hoping to go home with an impreza and Rick helped us get to the right car, the right price, and even brought us dinner when we were going through the final steps. Very happy with the overall experience -- the manager Roger seemed like an affable guy, too. We haven't had any work done on it, so I left that rating out. I should also mention why I bought at this dealership -- after visiting a few others in the nova area, I was pretty disappointed with the salespeople and the experience I had when looking for the right car. We are a military family so I contacted this dealership as part of the USAA Buying Service. I must make it clear that our experience with Jackie Coogan was EXCELLENT. My experience with Jason Baker and Rog as part of the USAA Buying Service. I must make it clear that our experience with Jackie Coogan was EXCELLENT. My experience with Jason Baker and Roger Holt, however, has made me regret not going to my initial dealership choice which was Stohlman Subaru. I contacted and spoke with both Jason and Roger after the car had already been purchased. The way I was treated was inexcusable! Jason spoke to me as if I was totally wrong, insisting that a USAA Certificate did not exist even though I had the certificate right in front of me! I was taken aback but not completely surprised since my husband and son did inform me that Jason's "people skills" leave a lot to be desired. I then spoke with Roger Holt who is listed as the point of contact on the USAA certificate. Not only did he address me in a condescending manner cutting me off mid-sentence, but claimed he knew nothing of the program. I will grant them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps I am the first person who used this program. That being said, never should a customer (especially one that just purchased a new car) be treated with anything less than RESPECT. If it wasn't for the EXCELLENT experience we had with Jackie Coogan, I would have rated my overall experience very bad instead of bad. If you want a customer for life, you have to treat them well even AFTER the sale! More

The friendly and informative Rick Elinski was able to show me the value of the Subaru Outback and how it suited my outdoor lifestyle. I started out my shopping process with a tour the local motor mile looking for a car or truck that would be a good commuter and could still carry four adults along with our bikes and gear. I narrowed down the selection to two trucks and two wagons, all from different dealers. This exposed me to several vehicles, personalities, environments, and tactics. I am glad that the right car for me was also at the dealer with the right staff. Farrish Subaru, and Rick in particular, made for a pleasant experience that got me on the road in a great car. More
