I stopped at Farrish to check out a used Pontiac Vibe after briefly speaking with Rick Elinski on the phone. He was friendly, engaging and - importantly - knowledgeable about the vehicle. Little did I know that I would be spending the next four hours with Rick. He was attentive throughout the entire process. Of course his job is to sell me a car, but I never felt pushed in any way. Rick explained both the positives and negatives of the vehicles we test drove in a balanced, analytical manner. He answered all my questions and provided me with a great deal of background information about the car. We went back and forth quite a bit as we negotiated a price, yet Rick took my proposals seriously and gave me realistic assessments of my offers. In the end I was very satisfied with my new car, the price I paid and my experience with Farrish. I would not hesitate to recommend Rick and Farrish to my friends and family. More

I had thought i wanted one model but Jackie helped me get a different model that better fit my needs. Wen ordering the Subaru, Jackie assisted me in getting the features I needed and eliminating those that weren't important to me to keep my cost down. We will continue to recommend and work with Jackie when buying vehicles. More
I had been searching for a new "used" car to replace my totaled Camry. Herb's personality was very bubbly and charismatic, he made me feel comfortable and was empathic to my need for purchasing another car. The Camry I came to see was okay, but I was not really interested. Before I walked away, he wanted to help me search for another vehicle that would meet my needs and eventually, we found it. I did call back about a particular windsheild issue...he said he would follow up... Michelle, in financing, was very curteous and friendly and was able to assist me completely with meeting my needs to close the sale. Through some additional teamwork on both parts we were able to proceed and complete the deal. Both Herb and Michelle will remain in my book as A-Okay! I would certainly consider purchasing another vehicle from them...in the distant future. For now I am enjoying my beautiful new "used" car! More
Everyone we encountered was polite and professional, with no games or high pressure sales tactics. Jackie Coogan, in particular, was great. I just purchased my second Subaru from Farrish. I had a really good experience purchasing my 2012 Legacy so I went back to my salesperson, James Turner, and purchased a 2013 Outback. Once again they were friendly, professional and honest. What I like about James is that he is very knowledgeable, patient and took the time to explain everything about my new Outback. He also called to follow up with me to make sure that I was satisfied and to see if I had any questions. My finance manager, John, finished up my paperwork and did not pressure me to buy anything I didn't want. Now I recommend James to all my family, friends and co-workers looking for vehicles. More

This is follow up to a posting I did a couple of months ago. After I posted, I got a call from Mark Johnson to discuss my issues. Once my puddle light parts finally came in a couple of months later, I e-mailed Mark twice to schedule a meeting with him, but never received any responses. When I arrived today to have the Puddle light parts installed, I mentioned to Jack that Mark did not response to my e-mails and Jack phoned Mark and asked him to meet with me while I waited. Mark never showed and service manager Jim Rives was not even made aware that I was there. They installed the puddle light parts and now I will not be going back to this dealership because they do not show any real interest in working with me. While Mark told me on the phone "we are not here to make friends, this is a business"' one should expect to feel welcome when dealing with a "family owned business". More
We stopped at Farrish Subaru to simply look at the Forester and the Outback. We test drove both vehicles and instead of just looking, we purchased an Outback. Even when we decided the next morning not to take the initial vehicle offered, we stayed with Farrish because Rick made the extra effort to find the vehicle we wanted and at the price we wanted. More
First off, let me just say, Chris Wolf is - by far - the BEST car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Through out the entire process he was respectful, knowledgable and patient (a BEST car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Through out the entire process he was respectful, knowledgable and patient (and trust me, I can be a pain in the butt when looking at cars). Not to mention, a great host. Chris knows just about everything there is to know about all the cars in Farrish's inventory, and if he doesn't know, he will quickly get you the answer. The best part about my recent experience was having the pleasure of meeting with Chris. He is a no BS kind of guy and will work with you any way he can to get you the best deal possible. Secondly, being in the military - we don't always get the respect and decency that we deserve - but from the time I walked through the door until the time I drove away with my brand new limited edition WRX, everyone in the dealership was kind, generous and willing to bend over backwards to make accommodations for me and my family. They also went above and beyond to make sure that I got a good deal. Lastly, I'd like to give a shout out to Sam (Chris's Manager) - if ever there is a Sales Manager you want to work with, it's him. He too was knowledgable and extremely helpful through the whole process. And better yet, he did SO much extra for me just to say thank you for my service. From the bottom of my heart, I sincerely appreciate everything Farrish - and specifically Chris and Sam - did for me and my family. If nothing else, they have earned a customer for life and if I ever have friends/family members looking for a vehicle, I will send them their way. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and I hope this review will convince some people to do business with these gentlemen because it would be a great decision! More
