The Fairfax Subaru dealer is convenient to access on the Rd 29. The service team is ready for driving in customers. They are courtesy and answer/explain questions customers asked. I like their services and will come back when car service is needed. I have a Subaru Outback and came to Fairfax Subaru for regular maintenances and repair many times. I had two of my cars serviced this week at Farrish Subaru. The service went well and the price was fair. I worked with Nahum and he was very responsive to my inquiries. He provided the information I needed to make the best decision about the services to have performed on the cars. I am most appreciative of his willingness to work with me on the overall cost of the services. This was the first time I purchased tires from the dealership as part of a service visit. Nahum was able to convince me that purchasing tires and the related tire services from the dealership would be my best option. My research indicated that Nahum was correct. We have purchased 4 Subarus from Farrish and have all the maintenance performed by their service department. The most recent visit was consistent with past visits if not better. Recently purchased a new Subaru from the Farrish Subaru dealership located on 10407fairfax blvd, The dealership made a promise to replace the seats to leather-seats and door panel to match the seats at the dealership located on 10407fairfax blvd, The dealership made a promise to replace the seats to leather-seats and door panel to match the seats at the purchase of the car. This was made very clear during our 6 hour negotiation from 9am-3pm as we reviewed other vehicles with the same interior set-up. Sales rep (Maurice Kazadi) went away to speak to the manager to confirm that there would be no issue. We bought the car based on this agreement. The dealership said they would contact us in a week or so when all the parts come into replace the promised parts. On 2/23/23, we texted the sales rep and received no response. On 2/28/23, we had still not heard from the dealership, so we called the dealership to get an update. We ended up talking to Manager Kayla to set things right. But she claimed she couldn’t do anything since she wasn’t there. She offered to just replace the seats but not the door panels, which was not the agreement. When we complained, she offered a small refund of $1800 and not replace anything. We made it very clear that we wanted the door panels to match the seats and would have not bought the car without this agreement. But the dealership refused to keep their promise and replace the parts in the new vehicle. --UPDATE 3/22 The dealership's General Manager contacted us and was able to resolve the issue. They replaced the seats and door panels as originally promised. More
We came to Farrish because my daughter - a first time car buyer - was interested in one particular Subaru model and a model from a different manufacturer. After test driving a couple of cars (at Farrish and buyer - was interested in one particular Subaru model and a model from a different manufacturer. After test driving a couple of cars (at Farrish and another dealership) and developing a stronger sense of what she wanted, she ultimately bought a different Subaru model - one which had all the features she was looking for. I could not have asked for a better first experience for her. Vic was super patient and helpful. She had an overall positive experience and will not dread car buying in the future. Everyone went out of their way to make sure if that. More
