His knowledge base is outstanding, his customer service is so wonderful as to approach unbelievable, and there's no uncomfortable fooling around with back and forth negotiations. Chris has given us the best price possible, while ensuring we get the best vehicle with the right options for us. After purchasing our Subarus (so far three), we've received excellent service on our cars. Farrish and Sales Managers Easy to Deal With A friend has dealt with Farrish Subaru since 2011 when she purchased a Forester and it was all positive. So I went to Farrish to find a 2015 Outback, A friend has dealt with Farrish Subaru since 2011 when she purchased a Forester and it was all positive. So I went to Farrish to find a 2015 Outback, which was like hens teeth to find. Farrish is a United Buyers Service dealership and UBS identified several sales managers. I chose Jackie Coogan, which was such a positive. Professional, personable, helpful and a pleasure (never thought I'd say that about a car salesman). He was forward leaning, found a car for me, and I bought it. Farrish has since contacted me, thanked me, and Jackie has been in contact about helping me in any way. Can't get better than that. Love the Outback, as well. Oh, and Paul Park, the finance manager was equally helpful, personable and professional. More

The finance manager Matt Thompson processed the sale expeditiously and was keen to offer only additional services relevant to my needs. I found a car on cargurus.com and made a ca After visiting several Subaru dealerships in the Maryland and Virginia area, I came across Farrish Subaru. I found a car on cargurus.com and made a call to the dealership. Jackie picked up and was extremely helpful and courteous. After speaking with him, I made a trip down from Maryland to visit the dealership. Jackie greeted me right as I walked in and was extremely professional, honest, and respectful. I not once had the feeling of being disrespected or taken advantage of based upon my younger age. They took a look at my trade-in and I received a great offer the first time around. No low ball offers like other dealerships. Once the trade-in was finalized, we were offered a great price on the 2016 WRX limited that no other dealership could offer. Agreed on both ends and signed the documents and was out the door. No waiting around for long hours. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and not pushy. They answered every question and concerns we had and were very patient with us. All in all I found this dealership to be the best all around. I would gladly make a trip back to purchase another Subaru in the future. More

The cars are terrific - but the people really made the difference to us. No high pressure tactics, just good, honest info. Bought a lot of cars over the years, but this has been our most positive experience, ever. More

Epic Price Jacking - Women Beware I'm a single female Subaru owner, and had some great routine service experiences at Farrish over the years. About 9mos ago I noticed that whenever I brought my Forester in, I kept getting passed off to a female service manager named Rachel Adams. I couldn't care less a person's gender so long as they're competent & honest. Well, tonight I just returned from my 3rd & LAST service experience with both Farrish & Ms. Adams. While Ms. Adams may well be competebt around cars, I'm sorry to say she's among the most serially dishonest service people I've met in my 30 years of driving cars. Not even when I drove a Jaguar was a quoted the exorbitant estimates Ms. Adams manages to finagle out of the most routine & pedestrian issues. $900 for an automatic window motor replacement. And $240 for simply diagnosing the PRESENCE - though not LOCATION, much less the REPAIR - of a simple AC hose leak. Plus an EXTRAS $1,270 to replace the AC compressor that died WHILE they were looking for (though not fixing) the leak! My Forester hasn't yet reached 60,000 miles, although per Ms. Adams, it's needed $4,000 worth of work this year alone - roughly 1/3 the car's entire value - and it's not even June. I have so far managed to either contest that amount, or get the work done elsewhere for about $1,300. Does Ms. Adams simply make up problems? Or is it that she jacks labor costs to well over twice what a Saab dealership would charge? Or worse, is this a "Sister-friend" hustle she & Farrish reserve specifically for women customers they figure can't google market repair costs, much less decipher a technical statement? I don't know, and after today, I simply can't afford to keep wondering. Ladies, we can & must do better by each other! More
