Stole items while being serviced Though I didn't purchase my Subaru XV from this dealer, it's close to my house so I take it to get serviced here...and this last time will very much b Though I didn't purchase my Subaru XV from this dealer, it's close to my house so I take it to get serviced here...and this last time will very much be my last. I took it in for the passenger window, as it would roll down, but not up. It was under warranty and they fixed it, free of charge. I thought everything was going great...WRONG! I immediately noticed that my fiance's sunglasses were missing. I made sure I double checked the glove box, center console, every inch of the car, my house, his house, his cars, to make sure I wasn't crazy. They stole the sunglasses out of the car; whether it was the mechanics, car porters, car washers, whomever did it, IT'S WRONG! Rachel (our service adviser) is very sweet and understanding but the only thing they offered was little reimbursement (not even close to the price of the sunglasses) or $$ off our next service. We shouldn't have to clear out our vehicles for fear something will get stolen. Beware of the people who have access to your vehicle here because if they see something, they'll take it. Nothing but a bunch of thieves back there. It's disgusting. End rant. More

These guys have a big This is my second purchase experience with Jackie Coogan (Sales Consultant) and Sam Ramadan (Sales Manager) at Farrish Subaru. These guys have a big dealership operation, but with a very small dealership look and feel. Everyone knows the customer's by name, and they are very customer focused. As stated this was my second purchase with Farrish Subaru, and this second purchase went just as smooth as the first. Price negotiations were friendly, and I feel as if I got a very good deal. Jackie is very knowledgeable about the Subaru product line and has a very easy going style. In addition to Jackie and Sam, I would also like to commend Paul Park, Farrish's Finance Manager who did a great job during our purchase. Also Rachel Adams my service consultant, who has looked after my Subaru Impreza and now my Subaru Outback, and Farrish's Service Manager David Palumbo. My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle to support our growing family and after visiting multiple dealerships and looking at multiple vehicles, we were torn between the Subaru Outback and Ford Edge. For us, the difference maker in our decision to get the Outback was Jackie as he was communicative, responsive, and honest, which is more than we can say for multiple other dealerships we dealt with. Jackie was up front and honest about what vehicle he could get us for what price, and didn't try to play any typical dealership sales person games. More

Jackie Coogan was eager to help, with no sales pressure whatsoever, and Paul Park explained each form that needed to be signed, and got everything finished in just a few minutes. Sam Ramadan thanked me repearedly for my purchase, but I was the one who was most grateful for getting such a great car at a great price. More

Chris has given us the best price possible, while ensuring we get the best vehicle with the right options for us. After purchasing our Subarus (so far three), we've received excellent service on our cars. Our experience proves that the people of Farrish Subaru love what they do, take pride in their work, and understand at its core, the meaning of customer service. More
Farrish and Sales Managers Easy to Deal With A friend has dealt with Farrish Subaru since 2011 when she purchased a Forester and it was all positive. So I went to Farrish to find a 2015 Outback, which was like hens teeth to find. Farrish is a United Buyers Service dealership and UBS identified several sales managers. I chose Jackie Coogan, which was such a positive. Professional, personable, helpful and a pleasure (never thought I'd say that about a car salesman). He was forward leaning, found a car for me, and I bought it. Farrish has since contacted me, thanked me, and Jackie has been in contact about helping me in any way. Can't get better than that. Love the Outback, as well. Oh, and Paul Park, the finance manager was equally helpful, personable and professional. More

The finance manager Matt Thompson processed the sale expeditiously and was keen to offer only additional services relevant to my needs.
