I had spoken to Rodney Bentley on the phone prior to my visit and we had agreed to a price and his word was true as it was still that price when I arrived. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also had a trade in that I felt was a little undervalued, but he and his manager met me half way and made for a great experience. There was close to 0 percent haggling due to them offering a price that was much better than any other I had been offered. Overall I was very satisfied with the purchase experience, even with the financing department as the man I worked with also had a great demeanor. I did spend a few hours there working on the buying and trade, but nothing out of the norm that is expected in the car buying process. I would highly recommend this dealership if you would like to have a no frills and low stress car buying/selling experience. More

He is outstanding and listened to what I was looking for and where I was in the process of purchasing. He knew he wasn't going to sell me a car my first day there and knew I was trying to decide what model of Subaru and whether Subaru or another type of non-Subaru vehicle. However he went out of his way to provide all of the information he could. We went out on a test drive for one of the two vehicles I wanted to try out. The other wasn't available on the premises and he indicated he would call me or email me when it arrived so I could come in to test drive. Chris has been selling vehicles for years. You could tell how he handled himself that this was the perfect salesman for me deal with. Chris has been so low keyed that I have only received one email from him since I was into the dealership. That is what I prefer, can't stand the salespeople that won't leave you alone and contact you constantly. Farrish Subaru and especially Chris Wolf, have won my business and should I decide one of the two models is my choice for my next new car, I will be back there to work a deal. Keep up the good work and all of your salespeople should be looking to Chris for how to assist a customer who is looking for their next car. More

Nightmare - Terrible Dealership Three weeks after buying the car and I have had nothing but problems with the back office and management. Although Sam and Israel are great to work with, the rest of the back office management is very nicely put, very incompetent (specifically, Steve). The best part - this dealer called me back to "resign" a contract AFTER the lease of a vehicle because of contractual terms that ended up not working for them (likely not making enough money). I have now been going back and forth with the management team for over a week trying to get this resolved. This place is an absolute nightmare and I would not recommend a purchase or lease of a car from here, even to my worst enemy. Customer service went down the hole after the purchase of the car - nothing but stories, false claims, and runarounds. More

Did a great job at keeping us informed of the process and making sure that we were well served and our time wasn't being wasted, including being very obliging of our young daughter. No unnecessary histrionics about price, was immediately competitive with our existing quotes once we had narrowed down our selection. More
