They had a good selection to choose from and the sales staff was not pushy. They worked with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted in the trim and color I desired. The salesman was Rodney Bentley who took his time and never made me feel rushed. The "haggling" was minimal. So often the back and forth takes hours and can get petty. Here it was minimal and we were able to agree on a price quickly. I walked out feeling a received a good deal. Overall, I was pleased with the process and I would recommend. More

With in five minutes of walking in the door I had a car and a great offer. Israel Moreno was more than helpful and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Too Easy! Working with Ian, Purcell, and Rey was great! Prior to calling Farrish Subaru, I was 99% certain we were going to make our purchase of a Subaru Forester at another dealership. However, when doing Prior to calling Farrish Subaru, I was 99% certain we were going to make our purchase of a Subaru Forester at another dealership. However, when doing our due diligence in calling around to check on the best prices, Farrish's prices were the most straightforward and were willing to work with us. A larger dealership quoted us over a thousand more for a lower MSRP model which didn't make any sense at all! And the other dealers still couldn't meet Farrish's price. Farrish's employees have been responsive, offered to install our accessories for us, etc. I didn't feel like I was just another number. More

From our initial outreach until the minute we drove off the lot, we had an incredible experience. Israel Moreno was so professional, patient and helpful with all of our questions. When we test drove the car, he started out in the driver's seat so he could show us how all of the features worked, which is something we've never had a dealer do before. Then, after we signed the papers, he sat in the car with us for 15 minutes to walk us through everything to make sure we understood how it all worked -- again, something we've never had a dealer do. He was so wonderful, and we highly recommend working with him! We also worked with Purcell Johnson and Rey Beltran; both of them were extremely professional and helpful, making the entire experience so easy and stress-free. We can't say enough about this dealership! More

Poor experience Several things to mentioned. 1. The finance and sales manager tried to get me to complete a final deal and sign paperwork on a car that was not at th Several things to mentioned. 1. The finance and sales manager tried to get me to complete a final deal and sign paperwork on a car that was not at the dealership and that I did not see and drive. 2. Felt taking advantage of because I was alone as a women 3. The two managers did not congratulate me on the purchase and/or say thank you 4. Due to the late deal, I was asked to return another day for a "detail" on the new car. Returned to the dealership which was totally out of my way to see after the car was complete that it was not a detail but a poor carwash. The poorly done wash was mentioned to my sales lady during the time I was wiping the dirt off the car with my hand. My sales person got a dry paper towel to wipe the dirt. Ridicules, as I asked her to stop and mentioned to her manager that my car was not detailed, it was poorly washed. My first bad car buying experience in 30 years and I have purchased 9 cars. I absolutely do not recommend this dealership. More

Bait and switch I came in to buy a used vehicle. They recommended a new car and agreed upon a price. The financing took a day and when I went in the next day they had I came in to buy a used vehicle. A new manager didn't want to honor the deal and was really rude. Then he shredded the paper that had the original deal in front of me. They are dishonest and I wouldn't recommend them. More
