I’d rather hammer nails in my foot than shop for a new car. The research we can now do on the internet is a huge help. But, eventually, you must visit a dealership and work with a salesperson. If you get Franco, you’ll feel comfortable and be in very good hands. I had emailed the dealership and received a friendly response from Franco, an attractive price quote Franco conveyed from the sales manager, and answers to questions I had about specific features I wanted on the model I might purchase. We arranged that I would come in the next day which, I learned, later on, was ordinarily a day-off of Franco’s. So, he came in expressly to meet me and let me test drive a 2017 Subaru Impreza 2.0i Limited with EyeSight + Moonroof + BSD/RCTA + HBA + RAB + Starlink. Franco is affable, thoroughly knowledgeable about every Subaru model and, as others have commented, he doesn’t lean hard on you. He understands that, for people like me who keep their cars for a long time, this is a big decision. I really appreciated that he didn’t hover; he excused himself a few times to give me some space to weigh what I wanted to do. That, I really appreciated. As much research as I had done, Franco educated me on additional features I did not know about, and they happened to be all useful things that were neat to learn about. He makes himself available to answer any questions that you may have after the sale. So, I feel good about the car, and Franco made the experience far more comfortable than I was expecting. We'd been Volvo devotees for some time, but we chose to consider a Subaru based on excellent safety ratings. Having visited the local Volvo dealership, we were drawn to Subaru because of the tremendous customer support we received. Ian was very relaxed and didn't pressure us or attempt to hurry our decision. We visited the dealership several days in the course of a week as we vacillated between Volvo and Subaru. Each time we visited, Ian was welcoming and was able to answer our myriad questions especially since he drives a Subaru himself; his passion for Subaru was apparent. My husband and I felt that he was honest in his answers, too. It was Ian's treatment of us that swayed us in favor of Subaru. The dealership negotiated with us, and we felt that the price we got was more than fair. Very happy customers! More

But Franco Deoliveira and Farrish Subaru made things quite easy. They had the model in stock (color and all) that we were interested in. We checked it out and drove it and Franco explained all the new features. Franco got us the deal we wanted (after a little back and forth--this is car buying, after all) and got the paperwork prepared so that the final signings could be done as quickly as possible. We are happy with our new 2017 Forester and definitely recommend Franco and Farrish Subaru. More

Best car buying experience ever! It had been 11 years since I purchased a new car and was dreading contacting a dealership until I met Franco. Right from the start I could tell that he was there to help me get want I wanted and needed not just to make a "sale." Amazing experience I went to trade in my 2016 Toyota Camry and Franco went out of his way to get me the best deal on my trade and gave me a new 2017 WRX. He was friendly, enthusiastic, and deeply knowledgeable about the cars, and never once made us feel like we were getting a hard sell. Sitting down to discuss specifics of pricing and trade-in value is not something I ever look forward to, but my husband and I both felt the conversation was an open, honest negotiation and that we were dealt with fairly -- and again, NEVER felt like we were being pressured, talked down to, talked around, or talked at. We're really lucky to have lucked upon him as our point of contact. Purcell was involved in our discussions regarding our trade-in. Our feeling is that he approached the process reasonably and that his assessment was a reasonable statement of value to the dealer. While the number wasn't what we'd hoped, it also made sense, and both Purcell and Wolf were clear that while this was their position, trading in might not have the best value for us. We ultimately did trade-in, for a variety of reasons, but again, having a clear and open conversation made that series of decisions much simpler. Sitting down with Matt to discuss financing was likewise very friendly and very easy, and again, he was open and clear about what was going on, what our options were, and what his recommendations were. Again, and I cannot say this enough, we never felt pressured, outright bullied, or otherwise evaded, which is a huge positive in our books. Meanwhile, behind the scenes and despite the fact that it was getting late, Abdullah was busy getting the car ready for us to drive it off the lot - we appreciate his willingness to stick around and get us moving. Overall, highly recommend! More

When I came in to Farrish, Franco greeted me & asked what I need. He is not a regular car salesman. He took care of all my inquiries without being aggressive. It felt more like a friendly conversation & that made me decide I was getting my next Subaru from him. The price he gave me was even amazing.
