FRANCO WAS FANTASTIC! I came into the dealership this afternoon to look at the "possibility" of buying a Subaru Crosstrek for my daughter. When I walked in Franco gave me I came into the dealership this afternoon to look at the "possibility" of buying a Subaru Crosstrek for my daughter. When I walked in Franco gave me a warm welcome. I had only one other encounter in the salesroom, but the guy I had talked to months ago was no longer there, and so I based on the warm welcome (and nice smile!), I decided to talk further with Franco. He was not "high pressure", just had a nice mannerism and answered my questions and offered to show me the car I had inquired about (I had sent an email earlier). I also had another quote from another dealership, but he encouraged me that he would certainly do his best....and bottom line...he did!! Very Happy with my purchase - and so is my daughter!! More

In particular, Israel Moreno, backed up by Purcell Johnson and Steve Cho did an outstanding job. We were not sure about buying when we came in, but they made an attractive offer that we finally just had to accept. The car, a 2017 Subaru Outback, is superb and they not sold us on it but on their service as well. They met our requirements by getting a car from a dealership in Maryland and in meeting out asking price and more for our trade in vehicle. So overall, a great dealership as far as we can see. We stopped in one day to see what was available and Israel came out and offered to help us. We were in a hurry so we called him back the next day and gave him the specifics of what we were looking for. Within hours he called us back and said he had a car he thought we should look at. We went down and took it for a drive and decided it was a good fit. Both Israel and Purcell worked to accommodate us and we drove home with our 2012 Forester that day. More
