I originally bought a 2017 WRX which was supposedly "New" from Sheehy of Springfield Subaru. Less than a week I found out that the car was in a accident. No one advised me and still sold me the car without notifying me. So be careful where you buy your car from. I definitely would recommend this dealership!. I wish I originally came to Farrish. But I am happy that Franco and Purcell assisted me and finalized my deal with a 2018 WRX. Thanks you guys! More

He gave me a detailed explanation of all the high-end features of the vehicle before I drove it off the lot, and he and another Farrish employee went with me to return the rental car I had been driving after my previous vehicle was totaled. While the Kia was a great car it didn't have everything the Subaru had so we decided to go back. 10 minutes before they were supposed to close. I felt bad but they all stayed and Rey even came back to help us with the finance part. And to top it all off since it was so late they couldn't get it washed so they are delivering it to my job!!!! I had only one other encounter in the salesroom, but the guy I had talked to months ago was no longer there, and so I based on the warm welcome (and nice smile!), I decided to talk further with Franco. He was not "high pressure", just had a nice mannerism and answered my questions and offered to show me the car I had inquired about (I had sent an email earlier). I also had another quote from another dealership, but he encouraged me that he would certainly do his best....and bottom line...he did!! Very Happy with my purchase - and so is my daughter!! More

In particular, Israel Moreno, backed up by Purcell Johnson and Steve Cho did an outstanding job. We were not sure about buying when we came in, but they made an attractive offer that we finally just had to accept. The car, a 2017 Subaru Outback, is superb and they not sold us on it but on their service as well. They met our requirements by getting a car from a dealership in Maryland and in meeting out asking price and more for our trade in vehicle. So overall, a great dealership as far as we can see.
