While we ended up purchasing the Jeep from yet another dealership, the staff at Farrish Jeep were absolute gentlemen the entire time. They earned our respect and appreciation because they offered us good, honest advice every step of the way, they kept good communication, and they were never "salesmen" about the process. They simply wanted to help us find what we were looking for, and were courteous and willing to make the deal happen on our own terms. In the past I hated time when I needed to purchase a new vehicle. I met Blanche Jones, the new car sales person. She was so kind and even when not having the vehicle that I wanted, called other dealers and got me the car. She also followed my conserns when I had a paint problem with the Jeep. She checked on the car when it was in for service and always had to time to talk each visit I mad to the dealer. She has now retired due to health but I still feel that I made a friend that day when I came into the showroom. So with time to purchase another vehicle I went back to Farrish and met John Grundy. We hit it off from the very first. He was very friendly and answered every question I had regarding the new Jeep and the many improvements they had made since my 2002. Here again, they did not have the exact jeep I was looking for. We found the color but some options were not on the jeep. He worked hard and got me the options on special order. I could not have been more happy with the way he went out of his way to make this sale happen. He was go good that I had not planned on actually purchasing that very day but drove home with the jeep. I am sure that when I take it back to have the options put on, he will be there for me. Again, I feel I have made a new friend. I had a great experience buying a new Dodge from Farrish. I contacted John over the phone after test driving a Charger at another dealer (the other dealer was a pain in the a@@ to deal with). The car looked great and John and I had a nice chat while waiting for Catherine in the business office. Although I had financing already, she was able to get me an even better super low rate. Simon showed us each one of those, explained what each one had and didn't have, and the price difference. There is no pressure and no rush. At the end, my son decided to go for a custom made jeep. We got our specifications in. Simon kept us updated on the status. We really enjoyed our purchase experience. The manufacture work on the jeep is not very detailed. The fixing on the roof was loose and caused the roof to leak, the carpet lining on the car floor popped up at the edge. These annoyances should not exist for a car of this price. But the customer service at Farrish was great. Simon arranged to put a temporary fixing so my son can drive the car while the dealer fixing the permanent one. He also took care of other annoyances. He made the effort and took the time to make sure things are fixed/adjusted right. We really appreciated his dedication to quality and customer service. We wish the folks at the jeep factory were all like Simon. More

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Farrish. I specified exactly what I wanted on my Jeep and the price I wanted to pay. The mgr approached my salesman with an offer about $500 less than I wanted. The salesman, without even approaching me, told him I had to have the additional $500 on my trade...no problem. It was one of the best experiences I've had in a vehicle trade. I would highly recommend this dealer. The salesman was superb. Before talking to me he found the vehicle I wanted at another dealer and worked out a way to get the options I wanted. John is one of the best car salesmen I've dealt with. More

Simon and all his colleagues at Farrish were terrific. We had been to a few dealerships and Farrish was by far the most eager to help, knew the most, and were the most gracious. I used the internet to find the best deal and Farrish had the best information, the best response, (I got the internet price within minutes of my request--at 11;30pm on a Sunday night and I had an email from Simon Chu by 9am the next morning) and never stopped reaching out to make sure we had what we needed. When we came to the dealership at 7:30pm (a half hour late due to terrible traffic) to see the car we were interested in, Simon was at the door to greet us with a smile on his face. The car was ready for a test drive and three hours later we drove away in exactly the car we wanted. To make this happen, they worked with us after the dealership had officially closed, 90 minutes later than usual on a Monday night. No one complained--they bent over backwards to make the deal happen. I would have liked more for my trade but they worked with me to get pretty close to my target, close enough that I could buy the new car. Overall everyone we dealt with was great! Every single person! I would definitely go back to Farrish and will recommend them to anyone who is interested. More
